Not with me. I get better speeds up and down on Three than i did with giffgaff (run off o2's network) and a better signal.

I do as well, O2/giffgaff weren't too hot for me either. Three were IMO a million times better than all others.

I just find them to be getting worse. It's is not guessing etc...it's what is happening to me. Noticing this down in London and up in the north east. As are others who moved to three around the same time.

If it works well where you are though that's great and I hope it stays that way.

From being a customer for the last 3 years and having a number of devices on contract with them. Using throughout the country.

Over the last few months they have gotten worse. They were AMAZING earlier in the year and prior to that, but over time this year they have gotten worse.

They have confirmed this as well regarding capacity issues, depends who you speak too thoug as most deny it point blank.

This is basically down to offering even PAYG customers unlimited data and also they have the free data service (Samba mobile) hammering their network .

All of this takes its toll. Just got off the phone to three again this morning and they have confirmed that there are NO plans to apply any upgrades to masts in the near future either, which is VERY worrying in my mind.

Things like this worry the b'jesus outta me :(

Neither of those frequencies are supported by the iPhone 5 for LTE.

A future iPhone model will almost certainly support them, but if you're buying this one it's not going to work.

Yes I'm aware of that, my earlier point said EE and 3 (eventually) would work with it

I ordered it online, got their £12.90 1 month rolling contract. I went through the topcashback website too, so I should be getting around £25 cash back eventually :D

I just called them and they said its going to take 3 - 5 working days for it to come so im going to cut up my existing micro sim :p till it arrives haha

I ordered mine at 8.20am from Apple and shipping has been pushed back to the 24/25th.

I suggest everyone else who preordered early check too.

Could that be because of your location? What was the status on your order prior the date being pushed back?

Have you checked the map on the apple website? It says which places would be getting it on the 21st.

hi, from your username you sound like you're way up North? Did you see some earlier posts with the blue delivery map? the UK extremities will not get the phone on 21st.

No it's not totally correct.

It's actually limited to 1GB a month for the Full Monty plan, if you go over that then you can still browse and read e-mails but they may stop you from downloading and streaming videos. Pretty lame.

Its not limited.

Taken from the T-Mobile site "Our Full Monty plans will give you unlimited use of our internet on your phone service when you're in the UK. This means you can use as many MB/GB as you like and no fair use policy will apply"

Here's the link:

http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/terms-and-conditions/pay-monthly/

So its shooty in with how much data you use. No tethering though, unless its from another apple device, from what i was told on the phone.

Yeah, it probably is true what you are saying, i wouldn't know as i've literally only been with Three a few days but it does make sense for them to be struggling due to unlimited data and it probably will get worse much faster now due to so many people moving to Three from other networks because of the sim card issues and cheap plans Three offer.

Three should still be above all of the rest i imagine though.

Order confirmed at 8.09 on the 14th, still shows as "processing items" and no trace of a new serial number in support profiles.

Should I be worried? Leave the country next Monday for a month!

I would call up, as that's leaving it very tight now

Im happier and happier that I went with Three. Cheap contract, unlocked phone.

And while we don't have 4G yet, they have great 3G coverage, along with HSPA+ meaning super fast 3G and look here!

Laster this year Three will be rolling out DC-HSPA support so we'll have immensely good speeds over 3G. Makes me feel a whole lot better about not getting 4G or the coverage just quite yet.

Now, question. I have my Three nano sim ready but its not activated and I don't have a phone I can do it in. If I can Three can they activate it for me now before the rush on Friday?

When you say unlocked is that because you bought the phone from apple?

How long has anyone's nano sim taken to arrive by post from Three? I ordered mine on Monday evening and it quoted delivery for today (Wednesday).

Thought it was a bit optimistic considering how hectic things are. I'm just hoping it arrives before Friday to set it up before the chaos that is launch day! :)

Yep, I ordered Saturday evening and was told 3 working days for delivery. Had the nano-sim arrive on Tuesday although there was no nano to micro sim adapter :(
Which means I will need to activate the nano sim once I received the iPhone 5 and it can take up to 24 hours

At last I managed to get the wife's PAC code from O2. Been trying since Saturday on the phone and Live Chat.

I'm ported over to my new 3 nano-sim, just need to get her done now to.

Picked an adaptor up from three store yesterday, they are handing them out like sweets!

Theres a map and list of post codes which deliver on the monday on the apple site. If I ordered mine to my house it would be monday but my work address 20 mins away was listed as Friday so went with this.

How do you see what time you ordered exactly?

Thanks for the heads up. I'm sure once we've received 'shipped' notifications, the phones will already be with delivery distribution centres.

Did you order something else as well - maybe some cables? Mine looks good (preparing shipment, delivers 21st) and I ordered a few minutes after you....
