Just read this on the T-Mobile forum:

"Just got a text saying "Your T-Mobile order XXXXXX is due for delivery Friday, then the option to reschedule to Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday giving me the option to do that via the UKMail website".

Ordered last Friday just before Midday, white 64gig and I'm based in Wembley - London should anyone else be checking. Oh it's a new order too, not an upgrade.

Good luck to everyone else."

T Mobile

Wife has had a text about delivery but still not me

I think most of us with T mobile and orange will get our phones they are just not feeding sales centres with UTD information

Last time I tried this with UPS they said I needed the card and 2 forms of ID. It was for a £2000 MBP though so they might go easier if its less than £1K ... try giving them a call.

I don't think it matters if it's a £5 case, you still won't get it before they attempt delivery. A) it's part of their contract with their customer (in this case Apple) and B) the logistical nightmare of having to sort through consignments which would otherwise be loaded onto routes, just to put the item aside creates more headaches than they'd even begin to think about dealing with.

Tried calling Apple, all they can tell me is that the iPhone will ship within the next 7-12 hours and it's all looking good for tomorrow...Of course i know all of this already but I'm too damn eager!

i don't think the status tracking for Orange works for people who have upgraded.

Unless i get any more texts or emails today (which i doubt i will) then i'm fairly sure that the majority of Orange users may not get their phones tomorrow. I don't think ANY of the C/S have an idea of what's exactly going on..

you had anything regarding your upgrade progress? I have checked twice today and been told no phone been allocated. Seems Orange care more about new customers than current ones (no offense to new customers)

Guys, I tracked my order on Syncreon .. it says

Activity: SHIPMENT PICKUP, NORMAL STATUS
Location: Hinckley, GB

I am unable to use the tracking number elsewhere on UPS, UK Mail, TNT etc

Can someone tell me how to track my order?

I was told by Apple on the phone that i had Royal Mail but i typed my tracking number into UK Mail and it came up with my order Just type your tracking number into the 'By Reference Number' Box

No. The information from them is once again crap!

I ordered one on launch day for store pick-up and that order system is still sat on 'it's in our warehouse pending dispatch'

This is what happend back in March but I'm hopeful that they are going to deliver this time. They have said on their site that they will automatically redeliver on Saturday which is better than me having to drive to their depot.

That just means that they haven't picked it up yet.

sounds like you got more info (albeit not useful info lol) than me all I've had is settings changes texts and wifi login details

That will change for you shortly, it's slowly updating for each user. Chances are it has arrived in Tamworth at 2:30pm like a few other people on here like me.
