odd, what's the first say 8 numbers from your ref? FYI there is no UPS over here, it'll either go to manx independent or FCX which will lose the tracking data once it leaves the main UK hub..........

My tracking number starts the same as most I have seen here,

I rang Apple and it said being delivered via Royal Mail I don't know if this was an error or not.

That would suck if it was true haha!

Strange as there is no depot in gloucester

Existing, many, many years....two phones but doubt that makes any difference. When I pre-ordered I was going through the options call centre at 0801hrs......4th customer in apparently....

UPS and UKMail are out until like 9pm, wheras Royal Mail will be all done by around 3-5pm.

I would much prefer it to come by Royal Mail.

errrr yeh the agro being Orange don't know their arse from elbow whilst everyone else is dispatching and all they can do is look after new customers whilst us upgraders are left in the dark to when we are getting our handsets

Should get this. UKMail is not updating it's status on the main page, so this site will offer more info.

Mine is collected and ready to go out! - mine is listed as still "Awaiting Collection" on UKMail's main tracking website - and it says it is in Hinckley but according to the business post link it is now in Burgess Hill not far from where I live!

Im currently setting up my laptop with a webcam i can log into over the internet from work to look at the floor behind the door. That way i can see if a card gets put through the letterbox

My iPhone is still in Cardiff and has been all day, Seems it might now have started moving, but seriously it has to get to Newcastle by tomorrow morning, they are cutting this close if they are making stops along the way.

Mine was scanned in Birmingham at 4:15pm and was scanned in at Cardiff at 9:47pm, so I expect it's on the move. Certainly doesn't take 5 1/2 hours to drive from Birmingham to here

mine is still in tamworth no change to details from UPS, im just outside Glasgow, thought would have been on its way by now! Dreading tomorrow, thankfully im off work, but with my "new iPad" UPS turned up at 1755!!! I was so annoyed but equally relieved it turned up!!!!

ok, let's take a step back, when you go to the Apple online store at the top there's an Account link, under that is 'Order History', have you been there?

no....... hover over account and click track order, log into your account and you should see your iP5 order, there should be a blue TRACK button, click and it will give you your full shipping reference, e.g. mine is 1ZW7V1766855679981 (i've changed some of the characters but that's what it should look like)

Mine says "in Delivery Warehouse Scan" too, but mines in bloody Cardiff and I live in Newcastle! Ridiculous that they have not even started moving it yet, Cardiff is over 5 hours away without stopping!
