T-Mobile and Orange have done themselves no favours the way they have handled customers phoning up.

Giving us no information just because you cannot commit to a date is not the answer.

So glad I got my text this morning. Shame I am at work till 17:30.

Who did you get a text off? I have ordered with t-mobile last friday and have not had a scrap of info since. Cheers

so after no change on my Orange order since last friday I called them and they're saying the order dept is closed and she'll call back within 30 minutes, seemed friendly and helpful, but also clueless

Went into Vodafone in Lewisham this morning to get my nano sim. There was 1 other customer in the shop, no queue, stock available too.

Thats probably because Lewisham is full of people on benefits. No one afford an iPhone.

Somewhat concerned as last UPS delivery man was a ninja. He managed to drive up my cul de sac and then sneak up to my front door over a gravel path way and post a 'sorry you were out...' card while a house full of people were waiting for his knock.
