UK iPhone 5 thread

uk mail

i can only get that my phones on its way to be delivered today on the uk mail tracking, how do people know more info than this, is there another link?
 
Wife cancelled her order with Orange last Saturday.......and she got a text today saying it's being delivered.....FUMING!! Her 3 order is coming as well, so we're gonna get 3 different phones today and only wanted 2.....charged for all 3 as well so haven't gained.....hate orange!

Funny thing about names, they are not unique. Do a quick 192 search on your own name and location and you will probably find quite a few people who live meer minutes away with the same name as you.

I know last time I checked there was about 3 people with my name just in my local area, and my name is not common.

Quite unlikley to be the same guy, possible but I doubt it.

You assume, but his name is Eivydas Anisimavicius. Still think that's unique? :p
 
Is anyone else on T-Mobile getting No Service, I have tried changing carrier from automatic, to "T-Mobile" i have also tried "T-Mobile Orange".

Is there anything I need to do to get my nano sim working?

Righty then, UPS website currently says Monday 24th however the Parcels app and apple website both currently say out for delivery.:D

The Apple website however does say Monday but in the historical events at the bottom is where it says out for delivery. Parcels app says it was from 6.39am this morning

So looks like all in NI with UPS will all get ours today :D:D:D
 
Ah my letter box just clanged but it was some dude delivering pizza takeaway leaflets! Is it too early to order one? Feel like I've been awake for ages

anyone getting there iphone 5 deliverd by ukmail wont be able to use there web site as it cant handlt demand and crashed
 
Is everyone who is upgrading from the previous Iphones just restoring from backup?

Or are people keeping them clean and downloading apps again manually?

did you place the SIM with the gold contacts facing down in the SIM tray? maybe it's upside down?
 
If I phone up my local Apple Store, will they tell me stock levels? and any chance that they'll put aside an iPhone for me? (talking about in the next few days not today btw)

My order status says dispatched 2-8 Oct so I'm thinking I'll just go and buy one if I can and cancel my order.

I'd usually wait, but my current phone is getting worse and worse, frequently refusing to send texts :(

Any advice from anyone regarding cancelling an order and buying in store?
