If the phone wasn't bought from the store they won't swap it at the tills. If you have an issue like scratch or dent that wasn't caused by you, then they'll swap it at the bar potentially but only for the same colour.

I've just been to pick up my iPhone at CPW.
Couldn't be happier with it!

Also just been to pick mine up Easy and straight-forward, and the iPhone 5 looks amazing!

Well UPS haven't delivered my iPhone yet, but FedEx just delivered my case! Ordered on Wednesday and SwitchEasy sent via "FedEx Express Extremely Urgent" just to make sure it got to me today, without me doing anything and with no extra charge!

Right, now just to look out for UPS.

1 of my phones has arrived. CPW order delivered by Yodel (NW9 London) (Delivered from Borehamwood), really didn't think they'd be the first to the party! Still waiting on UK Mail to the same location (Delivered from Greenford).

Edit: Just noticed on my Carphone Warehouse receipt, that the Yodel service ordered states delivery between 7:30am - 6pm - so hopefully not too many people waiting at stupid o'clock tonight for their phones, but I understand that this is Yodel

Ups from Edinburgh delivers to me in north Northumberland near Berwick upon tweed, he usually gets to me at about 5pm.....I'm one of the last on his route
