Yeah, just phoned my local store and they said the same, he told me to phone Apple and they'd do it all as can't exchange in store as i didn't buy it in-store. He says he thinks it can still be exchanged if it's been opened though, so thats good. I'll probably phone apple as soon as it arrives.

Lol did they say this? Only reason I ask is about an hour ago I picked up a Nano Sim and they told me that my old sim card would stop straight away. And that the new one would start. That hasn't happened yet lol

Cool, i've just phoned my local store and they said they don't swap them if you ordered online, but i guess they'll make an exception for you. I've got to go through Apple online now, urgh. :mad:

Nothing mentioning scanning for me

Edit: Scrap that, ive been checking through the CPW website, looking at it on the Yodel website It says scanned and out for delivery :)
 
mines about 20mins away with DPD, ordered through vodafone. Cant wait :D

Upgrading from 8gb 3gs to 32gb iphone 5 , cant wait for a retina screen and better camera etc :D

I wasnt nervous as there is a 3 store near my home and I knew if anything goes bad ill pop in there and will buy a three nanosim :p. I actually had to cut a very tiny bit of metal as well but didnt have to do anything for the thickness as I suppose there is enough depth in the sim tray (atleast in my case)
 
are those who are complaining about scuffs, really scuffs/scratch marks?

out of the box, my black iP5 had "scuff marks" on.. a quick wipe with a microfobre cloth and all was perfect...

(PS: received mine via UPS at 09:46 - Nottinghamshire.. )

If you wanted to swap it for another black one, chances are they'd do it in store for you - Apple tends to be helpful; even if you didn't get the phone from them...

I'm wanting to swap it for a white one, as scuffs wont show as much on that one. Would they allow that?
 
Anyone in or close to Redbridge / Greator London ? Im still waiting for UPS the wait is killing me !
