as far as i know u can only swap like for like if a fault, you will have to return and order new if changing model

Yeah, i've phoned Apple and spoke to some guy and he said if i'm not happy with my iPhone 5 black to email him and he'll arrange an exchange for the same model but in White which usually takes 3-5 working days as they are prioritizing iPhone 5's apparently.

Those Three HSPA+ speeds are looking good. I'll run a speed test on mine when I get it but if it doesn't hold up I'll probably switch to Three. Their contract is also slightly cheaper than my own Sim-Only on O2.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!
Just called UPS and have found my package was loaded onto the UPS van in the morning, but then taken off because the van was overloaded!:eek::eek:
The soonest they could deliver again would be Monday.

I have called to arrange collection from the depot this evening
Shocking service!

Dude that sucks. Condolences...

See im being teased now... vans keep going up and down the road.

And my brother, who ordered his through Orange after i pre ordered from Apple had his delivered at 9am this morning by UK mail.. he wasn't even in, they left it with a neighbour as he was on his way home from the office.

Still waiting for mine from UPS and I live in Plymouth. The nearest depot is over 30 miles away in Exeter though :/

Worrying about the scuff mark reports. Really not in the mood to face Apple Geniuses who often adopt a guilty until a proven innocent stance nor can i be asked to keep swapping out.

I have a PERFECT 4S (glad i held on to it) and if i find the iP5 isn't living up to acceptable standard i'll just return it and be done with. Can't be asked.

I have fibre at home but those 3G speeds would be fantastic when on the move with tethering.
