UK iPhone 5 thread

Just got off the phone with 3, and they don't have the prices yet and don't know when they will be offered.
 
Kept getting the "retry" message from the app on iPhone until I turned Express checkout on via the app (message will appear when initially adding phone into basket).

After Express was on, order went through instantly.
 
Ordered through the app in seconds with a conformation moments later :)

Worry now is that it says delivery on the 21st, in some areas!!!

Are we going to have the same issue that we had with the iPad earlier this

year? Some areas seemed to be targeted for a delayed delivery to put

resources elsewhere.
 
ordered mine at 7.59 and took all of 10 seconds to do the whole thing... all from the iPhone App :D
 
Think mine went through. Got an email with a subject saying 'It was being processed' Is that what everyone else got?

Under the item it says 'Disptached'
 
Done. iOS App kept glitching but then the regular store opened up for me. Confirm Email in the bag too.

Woooohooooo!!! Ordered 16gb black!

Still not sure whether I have done it on the iPad or my iPhone, I was hammering it on both and neither has given me a confirmation screen yet! Hope I don't get 2 :|
 
Epic fail!! Ordered the Lightning to 30 pin adapter at the same time as the phone and now shows as dispatched for delivery in October for both items and the order cannot be edited! I thought they would ship the phone for launch day then the adapter when available:mad:

Managed to go through store - Safari still thinks it's down but Firefox came through for me and completed the purchase of the 2 phones I ordered! :) Wow, just dumped £1,200 on phones....

Same for me. It sounds like some people are getting rejected orders for problems with payment details though, so the fact that we didn't and we have confirmations is probably a good thing?
 
New contract on T-Mobile, 16GB Black. Orange's website has failed totally, so went to the backup - I'm going to switch to EE anyway!

I'm the same, should be fine though as when I ordered my MBA the order physically wouldn't complete due to problems with the card details.
 
Just ordered one of the 64gb bad boys in Black via the app.
Easy peasy, confirmation email already received, now I just need to hibernate for a week until it arrives :D
