Similar story as mine. Figured it would only cost me £177 to get iP5 after selling my organs. Eh...why not.

I know some of the delivery companies near me will let you pick up at their warehouse between 5 and 8pm on the same day as a failed delivery, so if it isn't royal mail you can ring up your depot and ask if they can help you in any way. If they use parcelforce they drop it at your local post office, so you could check when they are open to and try to arrive there to pick it up before they close (though, my local one is 5pm, which is useless).

This is probably my best option, just checked and it is UK Mail, depot i about 25 mins away. Thank you.
 
well that was a ball ache!


i accidently orderd 2 phones..... bank wouldnt release funds on debit card,, phones natwest 5 times and spoke to the 1st 4 people who said nothing they can do and cant see any transactions blah blah... phoned a 5th time and got through to the fraud ppl. and they said yep we see the prob and authorised it! so both orders went though and then i could cancel one as i wasnt sure which would go through and which wouldnt!

so now i am sorted and have 1 iphone all paid for and on pre order lmao!

fu*k my life lol
 
Ordered on the Orange website in the end. Not confirming a delivery date, so i suspect I missed the 21/9 batch. Bummer. Still, I got to take my beautiful daughter to school!

Don't worry tmobile (part of everyone every where) is Vague like that too.

Mobile phone network all battle for allocation of stock, so it means guaranteeing it isn't possible but I ordered at 8:10 and my said the same, I couldn't of missed first batch by then.

NOW.

How on earth do I get a nano sim for this thing in the UK that isn't on 3?

Anyone tried Voda/Orange/O2 for one?
 
Pre ordered online with orange took about 45mins their site was understandably sloooooow, spoke to them on the phone as well the guy said they've got 900 calls to get through and confirmation emails will take 24/48 hours to come through. got a order reference at the end of the order online so thats all good with me. fingers crossed it gets delivered on the 21st and not posted out on the 21st.

You'll be fine. As much as I'm someone who HAS to order at the earliest opportunity, I think anyone who orders today will be okay, maybe into late tomorrow.

Those saying October ship dates who haven't ordered accessories, it's surely a glitch?
 
Ordered 1 x 32GB version white for the wife through Apple store UK.
Ordered a 64GB in white through Tmobile on contracted.

Had to cancel my two apple orders for two 16GB version not enough storage after thinking about it, Currently have two 16GB 4s's.

All sorted now I am sure I will get a call from my credit card provider soon lol.
 
I managed to get my order with Apple. Does anyone know for existing customers, if Orange will get you a nano sim? Or do you have to get the phone from Orange?
