:)

Actually, the passenger A380 only has cargo space of 184 m3 (6,500 cu ft) or 13 pallets, versus 597 m3 (21,096 cu ft) or 26 pallets on the main deck in the MD-11F freighter!

(They haven't started building the A380 freighter yet... THAT will be enormous!)

Screw the passengers. I say fill all the seats with phones :-D

No budge on my delivery dates, not that it matters really.

Click 'Track Delivery' and it should update the estimated delivery date so as to give you a precise day when it will arrive

No it doesn't. Mine is preparing for dispatch and I have no tracking information.

It does, but not on the Apple website...at the 'preparing for dispatch' stage, you'll be given more information on the UPS website

UPS showing mine for Wednesday delivery now. The exact day I'm 300+ Miles away from my delivery address for the rest of the week. Ballbags. :(

Tracking says it's just left Dubai apparently.

With UPS, after the initial delivery failure can I contact them and re-arrange for the Monday I'll be back?

oh dear lord, my bank online banking is showing the money that were on hold to be back in my account (for my 32gb silver and 64gb gold).

Is this normal?!

They are still ''processing''

Yes, absolutely normal. This question has been asked many times in the last couple of days.

Is anyone else on flightradar24 not getting the Dubai -> Cologne info on the tracking, or is this just me?

It's to do with UPS using the same flight number (23) across more than 1 segment (flight). It confuses the flight tracking softwares that ppl use to create these databases. So it will sometimes show the original departure airport, and the final destination, sometimes the next destination, and sometimes nothing.

I once called UPS after a failed delivery (because I was away) and arranged for grim to hold the item at their depot for me to collect.

I got an email when the delivery was missed with contact details I believe.

No it doesn't. I just tried it.

I wonder if this flight has stock for the stores might be worth trying again this week .

I have october dispatch so no idea when it will come probably pick it up instore before this order gets dispatched.

Thank oVerboost, andy9l, and Mercenary for your answers. It really helps :)

Sick and tired of this waiting game (and refreshing the page lol)

I plan to go to an Apple Store at Meadowhall and will see whether they have one in stock. I have no phone to use for two weeks. Want any color but 32 GB

And touch down...

Any idea what time it should take off again?

It'll likely be a different aircraft.
Cologne is a major hub for UPS, so probably difficult to know which flight out is 'ours'. On saying that, I don't know the frequency of Cologne->East Midlands flights..

This is where the wait gets tedious. If they are true to my previous experience, the phones will stay in Cologne until Tuesday now. Flit over the channel/north sea on Tuesday afternoon and be with you Wednesday.

Almost close enough to go and fetch now ;-)
