from reading here i gather that they are coming from cologne. maybe the ups flight that just landed will be bringing them here?!

The route goes:

Hong Kong -> Dubai -> Cologne -> East Midlands

:D

----------

When is this going to be? At night?

The flight to Dubai from Hong Kong is at 6:45am UK time (Just over 8 hours away!!!!!!!!!:D) and i will see if i can find flight info for Cologne to East Midlands but that wont happen I'm guessing till about wednesday?

i know, you asked about US to UK. was you being sarcastic?

still stuck in cologne anyway.

hopefully that flight will come back to uk and unload ready for delivery tomorrow :)

Use the callsign "UPS" and you will see flights :)

Also have a look at a website called uk.flightaware.com it seems to have data that flightradar24.com doesn't have, for example sometimes flights are out of range or something (not sure why) and they will disappear mid journey but flightaware still shows them. Don't know if thats just in my experience though? flightradar24 does seem to give more info, and you can see the runway! :D

is there anyway to see departures for cargo flights, not just passenger flights?

Yes, on most airports websites, Hong Kong for example there is a separate departures page for cargo an then its easy to spot the UPS logo and see your flight time. Then you can put your flight number into flightradar24.com when the flight has departed and track it in real time :)

Hong Kong airport cargo departures page:

This doesn't seem to be possible from Cologne...

None of us have found a way to track cargo flights from Cologne to the UK (as someone pointed out, this is a bit ironic given we could see every movement as it flew over Iran).

There seems to be one UPS flight a day (excluding Sunday) from Cologne to East Midlands Airport, leaving Germany approx 2am and arriving the UK approx 2:30am (both local time).

Mine has been in Cologne for over 24hrs now as well. I'm hoping to wake up tomorrow morning and see it has landed at Castle Donnington, gone 40 miles up the road to Stoke and is out for delivery! Equally as likely, however, is it will not have had any updates again...
