Finally bit the bullet and went to CPW and managed to pick up a SIM free 5S Grey. Those of you willing to wait for your deliveries are more patient than I!

One question about the Three unlocking trick, if the SIM I intend to use after unlocking is a Three SIM on a rolling contract anyway, do I still have to buy and use a PAYG Three SIM separately?

I wouldn't have thought so. Just call 333 and use Option 3, then Option 1, then Option 2. They'll then charge the £15 to your next bill.

Its 2 per person. There are usually a good 20-30 scalpers from what I have seen on friday and saturday.

I dont think stores are getting 100 gold models they get around 10-20 of each capacity.

It might not, once in Europe, tracking can sometimes be patchy.

That is a very good point - my 2012 27 inch iMac was stuck in Cologne and didn't initially show a departure scan. This only showed up once it was in the UK and out for delivery. So they might actually be in the UK...

When might we expect movement on the batch currently sitting in Germany? Clinging to the posibilty of Tuesday delivery instead of Wednesday

The Northern Ireland orders flew out of Cologne at 2:05am arriving at East Midlands Airport 02:29am today. They then flew to Northern Ireland and still made it out for delivery the same day. So if our orders catch the same flight tomorrow they could be out for delivery tomorrow, or they might just sit in Cologne for another 24hrs and fly out 2:05am Wednesday for delivery on schedule later that day.

Mine is identical! wish i knew what UPS are doing but I'm not worried, its probably just a glitch, think how many phones in the shipment! And in case you didn't see it earlier our phones will most likely leave Hong Kong on a flight 6:45am that will stop at Dubai then Germany (Cologne)

Normally in my previous Apple orders, 4-7 hours but my 5s was preparing from saturday morning to monday morning. But the phone in fact shipped early hours of monday, try tracking your phone by reference on the UPS site as it might already be moving, it sometimes takes Apple time to change your status to Shipped.

When are we expecting delivery to likely be? I presume no earlier than Monday 7th......

Nationwide flagged up my debit card transaction as fraud and all they can do is send me a new card! So hopefully my other card will work, otherwise there will be a big delay....

Which means my iphone should be getting dispatched right now
