There's a lot of us in the same situation. Read today's posts and you should get an idea of what's what. It will most likely fly to UPS East Midlands hub and then by road to local service centres.

Yours is in the same shipment as mine, but mine has a delivery date of Monday 7th? Bit weird, but they'll be flown out over the weekend, and then dispatched to the main hubs over the weekend/ sunday night, hopefully for Monday delivery

Times on mine are exactly the same as yours but my import scan is four minutes before yours
We may be on different 'pallets' though I guess? Odd that every other time is exactly the same though

I know there's a major holiday on in Germany.
Also, it could be the UPS tracking is slightly off, as there have been loads of people who've had their phone delivered, even when it says it hasn't been scanned in, or something like that.

When they are being transferred they are scanned 1 by 1 I assume so yours was probably before mine
Hi. That's just the problem the last scan was in Dubai at 18.15 yesterday and I assumed like most others it would have been scanned in cologne during the night. It wasn't and hasn't changed from departure scan yesterday in Dubai. Apple and UPS saying no problem but everyone else's seems to at least be in cologne and has an update assuming there's left at 18.15 yesterday. Wish I could get some clarification from either party and see some movement on my order. Am I being ridiculously anxious or do I have a reason to worry?!
I guess it may have been on a pallet that got removed from the plane in dubai by mistake, but I wouldn't worry as the planes are regular and could catch up. It could however be in Cologne but overlooked on scans, not sure of the 'import procedue' but none of us have had 'arrival' scans in Cologne yet, just the import, so may have been skipped over.
Thank you for your take. It's much appreciated. If you were in my shoes and nothing has changed at what point would you call Apple or UPS again? Wish I wasn't an apple addict!
At this stage it's probably going to be monday before you can get a proper hold of someone to find out anyway - I'm sure you'll be up to date as to when our phones move from Cologne so that'll give you an idea as to whether yours is there with ours.
Well despite what I said in my previous post about requesting UPS to hold my package at the depot after a failed first delivery attempt rather then doing a second delivery they went ahead and tried to deliver again today anyway. Luckily there was someone home today when they did deliver. Luckily I got a phone call from home so I didn't have to go to the depot to pick it up like I was planning to do today. I'm not sure whether to be annoyed they tried to deliver when I specifically asked them not to or pleased that they did saving me a trip to their depot.
Probably only worth calling if the rest of us that were in the same shipment up until Dubai see movement over night though.

I'm not really sure what you are worrying about to be honest.
If its because you think the phone has been lost, its first unlikely, especially given they are in a big lump pallet shipment with other phones to begin with. Secondly if that had happened, its for Apple to deal with UPS, you won't have lost anything by it.
I'd point out that nobody in the shipment that got to Cologne last night, myself included, will now get their phone before Monday. Further to that, all they had was an 'Import Scan' in the early hours of the morning and nothing since. There wasn't even an 'Arrival Scan'.
This suggests that they are currently breaking up what is probably quite a large shipment into the smaller batches to go to the UK. It's also likely that these are all undergoing customs clearance, which is possibly what is taking a while.
There was actually somebody who posted earlier in the thread this morning (if you look back) who had actually phoned UPS. They were told their package was still in Germany and was currently still going through customs which they were trying to do as quickly as possible. They were informed its likely they would have it by Wednesday (which is the date Apple have, rather than the UPS one of Monday), its likely though that it will be Monday because they will move the items on over the weekend once they have clearance.
So there really isn't anything to be fretting about.
Problem is, there isn't really an "October batch", everything from the morning of the 20th until now is considered "October".
I really don't think there is anyway for anyone to tell people like Amiz when their phone will be processed.

And actually not looks like a massive queue for me now...
Nobody really knows. Clearly UPS has a lot of goods to clear customs and likely move a large number of goods to the UK. I would imagine they might move overnight, as there were some phones at the start of the week that sat in Cologne for at least 24hrs.
Ultimately all I'm trying to say is that there isn't really anything to worry about.
I'm in the UK and I ordered my Space Grey 32GB iPhone 5s on the 29th of September. It just says October for expected delivery date. Does anybody know when in October that might be? I'm an international student at University without a phone of any kind.
