Hi guys my 5s arrived at Castle Donnington at 4am this morning, I live in Scotland with a scheduled delivery of Tuesday. Do you think there will be movement of it to Scotland today or tomorrow? Hoping to get it Monday.

Well it's been nearly 12 hours for mine then. Hope it isn't coming via some other country half way across the world
Walked into Carphone Warehouse on Oxford Street, London at 15:50 and bought an iPhone 5S 32GB in Space Grey. Sales Manager was a nice helpful chap. Apple online order cancelled Quite a few iPhone 5S's in stock at this time.
Regents Street had enough 5S's delivered this morning to last 4 hours.

I'm in Edinburgh and have the same arrival time as you. I'm due delivery on Monday. Where in Scotland are you? If you are rurally located they may have taken this into account when working out the delivery date. When did your phone leave China?
I don't know what's happening to my tracking but something weird is happening.

This has happened to another forum member. Maybe 40 pages back. Can't remember what the outcome was but I wouldn't worry.

They forgot to update the Software.
All iPhones need to be unloaded, unpacked, software updated and reloaded.
I'm not worried, it'll get here eventually but my tracking from Apple has gone mental too. This morning I had an estimated delivery of the 9th, I checked later this afternoon and it then said the 14th, I went and checked again just now and the page came up with an error message and said try again later so something is screwed up somewhere but I'm sure it will all sort itself out overnight.
It wasn't just one forum member but several including me. Its nothing to worry about though as my phone was delivered in a timely manner. I believe its just a glitch in the tracking software.
Just witnessed some ****** customer service in an o2 store basically sales rep tells my wife they have a 32gb 5s in stock goes through all tariffs so my partner agrees to go ahead with the upgrade the sales rep then goes off to get the one remaining handset before returning to say they can't sell it because they have reserved it for someone who had a payment declined that morning and he "might be coming back today" to pick it up "if his mate has paid him some money back that he's owed" so basically they would rather hold the handset for someone who "might" return.
So basically they wasted an hour of our time when they never had a handset to sell us.
Pretty terrible service.

To be fair though, I'm sure he wouldn't have bothered taking you through all that if he knew that himself, as its not only a waste of your time, but a waste of his as well.
It would be pretty gutting if you have been declined earlier in the day as a customer if you were in those shoes. But yeah, there is only so long you can hold it for.
Anyone know about Kuehne and Nagel tracking to the Leicester Apple Distribution Centre for those that ordered additional accessories? Regarding the Castle Donnington arrivals, when did your package leave Hong Kong?

Same as mine then and not rural. I think there's a very good chance you'll get it on Monday. Then again maybe your local service centre (Motherwell I think) only does pickups/deliveries in Lanark on certain days.

I ordered mine on 20th Sep. Delivery due on 7 Oct.
Its sleeping at Castle Donnington Airport.
Mine was made in week 39 (Sep23-Sep29)
People who got the first batch were made in week 36 (Sep 2-Sep8)
Now that the Chinese holidays are over, the production should be ramping up.
I reckon yours should be delivered week commencing 21 Oct.
