I think most of the orders came in on the first day, and I am fairly sure they dispatched most of the release day orders. Also the ratio of gold is very high so if you ordered that you might be looking at another 20 Days of the Daily Routine before you get it. If not I wouldn't be surprised if you get an order update next friday.

Also the ratio of gold is very high so if you ordered that you might be looking at another 20 Days of the Daily Routine before you get it. Is there anyone here ordered the phone after 20 Sep? What's your status, size, and color? I ordered on 23. It's gold 32. Still Processing Item. I wish I could get the phone within this month.
Ordered in the evening on the 23rd and mine was dispatched last night. Estimated delivery date is the 9th. Ordered silver 32.
WOAH! Lucky. I would have thought my 16gb space grey would have been dispatched today. It's been on Preparing for Dispatch for 2 days!

Same order as mine too, also referencing HINKLEY, GB in my track order.
I'm in London. My order originally said that it would be delivered on the 14th, but it changed to the 9th a few hours later.

If I was to order a 16GB gold 5S on the apple store, when do you likely think it would come? I don't even reckon this month.....
Not usually from what the Apple flunkeys told me. I was in the Trafford Centre branch this evening and they still had 64GBs for sale. If I had got there a couple of hours earlier, I might have bagged the 32GB size I was after. Space Grey seems to be the least popular colour, which suits me fine as I don't want white.
Carphone Warehouse had plenty of 5s phones too, if you don't mind paying an unlock fee to save waiting.
I assume you're getting a sim only contract? Why not start it when your current contract ends and then just pop the sim into the 5s when it arrives?
I too am looking for a space grey, but ideally a 16gb, so this is good news. Maybe I'll pop along to a store tomorrow in case, thanks for your help!
Thats a good idea but - i currently have the iphone 4 with the 'micro' sim? id need to change sim to a nano for the 5s? if that isn't difficult then i'll do that

Not at all. All you need is an adapter. Pop the nano sim into it and hey presto you have a micro sim.
When you contact your current network/new network let them know you need a nano sim with micro sim adapter because you haven't yet got the 5s.
