Done. I used the Apple store app and at nang on 12.01 was able to put an order through for a 64GB White/Silver along with a dock and AppleCare. The estimated shipping and delivery dates are a bit annoying but I guess I can live with using my iPhone 5 for a few more weeks.

Uh, that was incredibly easy -- and quick. The website is still down. But for the sake of a possibility of £5 of QuidCo cashback? Not worth it.

No Quidco on the 5s/5c anyway...

It seems they all went live with 7- 10 days as the delivery estimate. I doubt they'll all take that long, the first few orders will likely be early next week. Doesn't make a lot of sense for it to take 10 days unless they're all out of stock before we've even started.

At any rate, I used the Apple Store app and secured myself a 16GB Gold model with AppleCare+

And now we wait....
