Three Just announced their prices. Glad I bought direct.

64Gb model:

on contract for 24 months:

£51 per month, £99 upfront = £1,323

or via Apple direct on £15 ONE plan:

£15 per month, £709 upfront = £1,067

Same service, lower price!

Annoyed about the shipping time like most people on here but there's nothing we can do.

I'm still going to chance it at my local Apple Store tomorrow though and if I manage to get one, I'll cancel my order, if it's too late cancel by then, I'll stick it on eBay or sell it somewhere else.

Can't wait!!

It seems they all went live with 7- 10 days as the delivery estimate. I doubt they'll all take that long, the first few orders will likely be early next week. Doesn't make a lot of sense for it to take 10 days unless they're all out of stock before we've even started.

At any rate, I used the Apple Store app and secured myself a 16GB Gold model with AppleCare+

And now we wait....

Something that confuses me as well is the fact that it doesn't really add up. 10 bus days is about the 3rd of October. It would have to take 7 days shipping after dispatch.

Not yet - they say you "may" be able to cancel once they begin to process the order. At the moment you are unable to cancel.

I was wondering if people who wake up and walk to an Apple store and can buy one will cancel the online order. That was reason for question.

12:03 but that was using app and entering different card details as didn't want to use same card as use for iTunes purchases!

I work at Carphone and we've only had the Space grey and silvers sent in. Not a Gold handset in the entire company. Glad I got my order in early through Apple.

We can either hope they're sat in Synchreon's warehouse (at least some) and they just put up 7-10 days anyway.... or they're being air-freighted directly from Foxconn, Shenzen China

Either way .... REALLY low-key launch this year ....

I forgot to get the £15 Three sim for both phones, there was no option on the phone that I saw.

How can I get this offer is it online only?
