UK iPhone 5s and 5c Thread

For those worried about cancellation - we are all protected by distance selling regulation here. 2 weeks to return the item in its original condition - with no reason necessary.

So even if we don't get a cancellation window (which we will, at. 7 day lead time), you have your right to return it.

I think it will be first come first serve - so us early buyers will likely get it earlier than the 7-10 days whereas the people later on will likely be closer to the 7-10 days.

I got mine at exactly 00:00 just moments after it go live on app got myself a 16gb gold now just pray hard the shipping date will move forward... been using pre order since 4s..... this is the longest time ever.....

I wouldn't count on that. From past experience it doesn't always work out that way.
 
On the bright side at least we got to order before the Americans for a change. That said it remains to be seen if their dispatch and delivery date estimates are the same as ours or different.
 
Hmm... just noticed something weird...

I ordered two phones. Order numbers are:
W4245xxxxx
W4965xxxxx

Did apple really have 72,000,000 orders in the space of 15 seconds?? :eek:
 
I think that there is a chance that they might get sent out tomorrow. Apple will have some in their warehouse and if you are one of the first to order then surely you will have a chance of getting some of that initial stock. We will see.
