It's quicker. If you want it quicker, don't mind it being locked to the first network it's used with and are up for paying a premium then I guess it's also better.

14 days to return - you can also cancel order before it ships if you get one early.

Exactly every time I read "it's dispatched" it gets me excited and then I get sudden disappointment when I see they are referring to CPWH

Same, at the moment I am very periodically refreshing my emails and the apple order page
I like others am hoping that the delivery schedule changes to a more sooner time
Especially for all us that sat up till 00:00 to order one

Agreed, Macrumors un-merge them - this is annoying as we don't want all of the CPWH and Carrier posts - we just want progress with Apple orders only - Why can't we have a separate thread...
Yeah I dont understand, i created that thread for clarity on our apple sim free orders as it was getting confusing with all the different carrier info, dont know why and how it got moved?
I had a feeling keeping hold of my iPhone 5 would prove prudent despite the big offers that come with selling early. The downside is of course the longer you wait the less money you get. But i'd rather have that than be held to ransom which is now the case.
But yeah, this launch has been a facade, utterly shambolic.

Yes but people are hoping that Apple will dispatch earlier then the ridiculous time frames they have put in place. So I look here to see if people have had gone beyond the processing items stage. When I see posts like dispatched I get excited for a bit until I notice it was referring to CPWH. I would like to prevent that from happening!
Plus you say it's not that busy - this thread is the busiest out of any on the iPhone thread at the moment - how come Americans can have a million different threads and we have to have all of ours merged into one super thread.
Asking people not to post about a CPWH order because you lack the restraint to read an entire post before getting excited is hardly fair now, is it?
While this is a busy thread compared to others, it's hardly so busy it cannot be followed.
I think it's better to keep all UK iPhone orders in this thread regardless of where they're from. Creating individual threads will mean they do not get as much interest and will quickly fall to the second page, as well as kill any potential 'atmosphere' in this thread.
People complain there's not a lot of atmosphere on the forums this year and the threads haven't got as much interest as last year, yet they complain about trivial things like this.
All just my opinion, of course.
I agree with you here. The CPW chat will probably die down by the time Apple starts shipping orders and when this does happen - hopefully very soon - there will be a flood of posts in this thread.
I do disagree with your first point; no one is asking the CPW orderers to stop posting. Edit: Ok, maybe some think that way but they haven't specifically asked people to stop posting!

Yeah same happened to me and my friend, both of us have no reason to have a poor credit rating. Now the problem is the money is marked as pending from my card, so guess I'll have to wait a day or so for that to clear. Not impressed with CPW.
