Does it say "Dispatched: some date"?. It should say "Dispatches: date" rather than "Dispatched: date" really. It doesn't mean it has been shipped, it's poorly worded.

Did you order a case with it? For me that item had dispatched and my phone is still processing
I think everybody's says that, no? Mine says Processing Items (arrow thingy) Dispatched: 7-10 business days.
How can they reduce the price of one model and not the others? If you don't ask you don't get!!!
I had a play around with the 5s and 5c at the Apple store in Glasgow today and I have to admit I really like the 5c.
I totally dismissed it during the keynote but it's so much more comfortable to hold than the 4s/5/5s with those rounded edges and smooth back. The white and blue backs look smart but the white one is like the classic 3Gs reborn.
My upgrade isn't until March and by then the 5s will be less up front for renewal on my tariff but I really like the 5c design.

Yep, I'm pretty sure all of ours is like that. It's just processing, not dispatched yet. Poorly worded.
Because the app is just defaulting to todays date! It is giving an option of 2 couriers - this is not tracking your item. Apple is still processing our order
See attached image as to what it will say when it's dispatched. Until then "processing" means it's not dispatched.

One more thing - I have a local CPW store that might have them in stock right now. If it is in stock, will the online page tell me (before I checkout) whether it's available now? Or will it just keep 30th ship date the same? Thanks for all your help, it is much appreciated.
The problem you've got here is that a "collect from store" order doesn't mean they allocate one from the store's stock, they send one from the main warehouse in London to the store, so if there's none to be delivered right to you, there's none to be delivered to store for you to collect.
Better to ring the store in question and ask them if they've got any, and if they can keep one aside for you.

Apple used to sell these cases directly from their store, really nice quality and very slimline, great protection for the phone!

Mine too got flag up, must because of the apple order online and then another order for a iPhone elsewhere, I cancelled the order to apple once I confirmed my first order to CPWH was done, had a cross word with a chap last night from asian speaking country of my banking credit card company, as to why didn't they phone me first to check if the order through CPWH was me. They cancelled the payment then rang me to check
I would have stayed with the original apple online order, but when they said to get the 64GB Space Grey instead of the ordered 32GB Space Grey. I would have to returned the 32GB Space Grey and wait for the 64GB Space Grey we are talking 7-10 October plus and then to the back of the queue for the 64GB.
Next time I will just order the 64GB
Glad you got it sorted! I was originally set on just getting a 32GB, was always going to be Space Grey, but decided instead of paying a £50 premium for a 32GB from CPWH, to just go for the 64GB! Tuesday is a million miles better than waiting till the first week of October

Yeah I just went to my local CPW store and asked if they had any left. They had one more of my model (16GB grey) but they said that they can't sell it sim-free because it's not priced so on their systems. Sucks really.
I might have to pay the £40 premium to get it by September 30th.

But visited Apple store and got iPhone 5c yesterday which will be simply returned in 2 weeks for full refund when receive iPhone 5s
p.s. as far as everyone know, all iPhone 5c in stock these days
Thanks for the advice, just called and my order had been stopped due to my card being flagged! So asked them to change it to an in-store pickup, should be at the Hull store for me on Tuesday!
Did that solve the card problem? did they let you pay in store or?
I've heard nothing apart from the first email so I can quite imagine mine has been stopped but who knows because that's the last I heard from cpw!
Anyone tried unlocking on 3 yet?? that's the REAL question!
Instead of getting it delivered I asked if they could just get it sent to a store, the woman on the phone said that was fine but she'd have to cancel the original order and order it again. She did all this on the phone, got my order confirmation and then my dispatch notice via email a couple of hours later! Just have to take my debit card and ID with me. So if you order from CPWH you must get it delivered to your card address otherwise they cancel the order.
I plan on being on three for the duration of owning my 5s, already have a sim-only plan I use on my 5 at the minute. But from what I've heard its around £16 to unlock it, just have to ring them?
They still do in the UK Apple store.
Edit: The one they have is for the iPhone 4. My mistake.

Guys- what's your honest take on O2 refresh plans?
I was 50:50 about paying £710 upfront for a 64gb model, but I just found out that through work I get a 30% discount on these plans
So £450 for the phone, then £28 p/m. I could either sell the phone when I want to upgrade and pay what, £18 for the last 12 months which comes with unlimited mins/texts plus 5GB data on 4G.

You don't get the 30% off on the Refresh tariff, you get 50% off the airtime tariff instead
