Shambles is the word! I called 3 tonight and was advised 3rd October and received a text an hour later saying my iPhone will be delivered tomorrow. Shambles!!!! (But happy)
Yeah I just edited my post to point that out.
It's another thing that convinced me to download it, in case there was an issue of some sort with the shipped build

I think mines will also go to the Barking depot (I live in IG8). So probably ours will be transported together to Barking. Still showing up as Origin Scan on mines
Ordered both the 6 and the 6Plus - White/silver - both 128GB.
The 6 was to be delivered on 19th. This is still true. Checking the tracking shows it will be delivered tomorrow.
The 6+ was to be delivered on the 30th. Just checked and its dispatched and tracking shows it will deliver on the 22nd!
Now I can compare both together- although I'm leaning more towards the 6+.......

I was very close to cancelling too! Their system must be a bit ****, I'm tired of dealing with Indian call centres!

Just talked on ups and although my expected delivery is between 29th & 2nd, I'm now scheduled for delivery on Monday. Woop!

Reservations don't seem to be up. Either it'll be half an hour based on pre-order day 1 website delays (!) or they're not going to be doing any store pick up reservations for a while?
I have to wait until Friday morning to find out where mine is! ChitterChatter (Like CPW, but exclusive to EE) have said and I don't know how true this is, but they don't know what they are getting, when its arriving, how many they are getting or what time they will ring me... Grrr...
But what I do know is that they are expecting stock Friday, they are calling customers on a first come first serve basis, and since I rang them the moment their office opened, one would assume that I should be one of the first they call, right? So, I'm gonna be up and ready! What I'm expecting is them to say "Phone is shipped, should be with you tomorrow (Saturday)", because they offer free Saturday delivery and same day dispatch if ordered before 5PM. But what I'm hoping is that they say "Your phone is out with a courier and will be with you by the end of the day!"

I'll be sticking around a bit longer and try to cheer up some people who'll get theirs later
, the least we can do for the iPhone UK Team My iPhone 6 Plus is on it's way to the DPD depot in Leicester so am hoping I'll be lucky enough to have in it my hands by lunchtime!
As far as I'm aware and by going on last year, shipments to the UK flew via Shanghai, Düsseldorf and into East Mids airport.
