I would really have liked a delivery slot. I'm running out of ways to entertain the terrible two indoors (can't hear the front door from the garden). They're currently eating Apple. I thought it was appropriate.

Ordered an iPhone 6 64GB at 09:04 on launch day. Apple said '7-10 working days' until dispatch at the time I ordered. Had the funds debited from my account and my order status said 'preparing for dispatch' since Wednesday. On Thursday it became trackable on UPS (despite still showing as 'preparing for dispatch' on Apple).

Today my Apple order status is 'Dispatched'. I've got my serial number showing on https://supportprofile.apple.com/. And my Apple order status has '22 September 2014' as the delivery date. :) I've just received my dispatch notification email too.

It's a week 37 device, so assembled last week.

Those of you getting your phones today - enjoy! Those of us with phones en-route from China have a little more tracking ahead of us.

I would happily pay £30 for delivery if it meant a proper courier was delivering it, i have zero confidence in ukmail

Out for delivery - 11:30-12:30 .

DPD let you track the GPS location of the driver, and tell you how many more deliveries the driver has before he reaches you. Pretty nifty. :D

Check out this video of the Regent Street (London) queue.

It goes into what I think is Hannover Square, and that entire park is a circular queue with multiple lines, and then it exits the park and goes further back still!

Honestly just watch the video it's insane.

Tip: The walk is rather slow so view on YouTube at 2x speed.

This. You pay all that money for the device and then they hand it over to an absolutely terrible company. I want *exact* tracking for something I just spent over £600 on.

I just got an email from Apple saying, that my iPhone will be delivered next Tuesday!
I had a 7-10 days, 29 Sep - 2 Oct.

I am excited to see, it comes a whole week earlier! :D:D

I just got that email too, with the same delivery day (Tuesday). But when I check my order online on Apple.com is is saying Monday. UPS are staying on the fence, saying "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."

But enough confusion to hope that you and I may both get our new toys on Monday!

There is no way on Earth that the store has enough stock for all of those people. There looks to be a thousand people there!

Where can you see this info?

I'm on their website right now and it only gives me the driver name and time slot...

Thanks!
