EE ARE BONKERS

So after all the palavar of trying to track down where my EE order is for a week, and after being on the of 'lucky' ones to have preordered their phone in the first 30 minutes I've finally been able to call a number someone shared on the EE forums where a lovely lady has given me a consignment number...

Popped it into the DPD website and my phone will be delivered today between 1pm-2pm!! Waaahooo! Although the cynic in me can't help but feel it's still in a black hole somewhere....! EE have turned me into a broken man.

Any EE customers who ordered early should try calling 0800 956 6000 - you will need an EE telephone number or EE account number in order for them to check your account. I'm upgrading from Orange to EE and my number wasn't found but thankfully in my confirmation email there was a new account number!

Good luck

Fantastic, great to hear that you will be getting yours today. It's been very strange the way EE has dealt with this launch.

Any one from SW London waiting for a delivery from Croydon? Any updates, time slots? Still waiting for mine and I kinda need to DO SOME WORK today :D

Mine was scanned at Croydon about an hour after you. How long after the scan did you get your time ?

....I got a text from UK Mail at 7:42am saying they're delivering between 2:30 and 4:30pm this afternoon.

Its a little strange because if it was scanned onto the delivery van at 7:17am, it gonna be sitting in their van until 2:30pm?!?! They must have tons of iPhones to deliver in Croydon...........!!!!

Is anyone else getting this message when trying to track on UKMail?

Is it DPD?

Mine shows this when I track it.

Yeh it's DPD - I don't get that extra panel on my screen though just the info in the image below. maybe some drivers don't want to be tracked!

I did earlier, but ok now

Just got notification my iPhone 6 16gb in silver is getting delivered to CPW store today. Very happy as I was a p4u customer and only managed to reorder mine on Weds morning :)

Yeah mine went out from Croydon at 823

Delivery is
19/09/2014 between 12:36 and 13:36

Uk mail

Yeah mine was for 22nd and it says the same. Looks like it is finally on a plane from China now at least, been sat there for 24 hours.

ZhengZhou, China 19/09/2014 16:46 Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled
19/09/2014 16:33 Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery.
ZhengZhou, China 18/09/2014 16:15 Arrival Scan

That's my last 3 statuses......still in China right now is worrying.....think the rescheduling thing may delay it a day or 2 by the looks of things, otherwise why would it change from "on time - 22nd" to "rescheduling - check later"

:(

I wish I had access to my PS4 - instead, I'm stuck here in a small hotel room, I have bronchitis and I'm correcting term papers. That delivery is the only thing keeping me alive right now :) UKMail: please don't mess it up!!!

Oh dear, well I'm sure your parcel will cheer you up :)

I'm in central London...docklands depot. Still not out for delivery

On hold to speak to them now. Not sure what good it will do but want to know if i can pick it up

UK Mail Slough - Still at delivery location, hasn't even been scanned out yet. Starting to lose hope that it will be delivered today now.

I'm still shocked that Phones 4 U still took orders knowing they were likely to go into administration and would be unable to fulfil said orders. Totally awful business practice. Unless EE really did pull out at the last minute and forced them into administration out of the blue.

Check out this video of the Regent Street (London) queue.

It goes into what I think is Hannover Square, and that entire park is a circular queue with multiple lines, and then it exits the park and goes further back still!

Honestly just watch the video it's insane.

Tip: The walk is rather slow so view on YouTube at 2x speed.

CRAZY. only Apple can crate this, lol

As much as the mobile operators are normally horrible companies, Kudos to CPW/EE for bumping people who had P4U pre-orders, and offering staff jobs.

A colleague has had hers arrive this morning via UPS (Syncreon)... I'm still waiting for mine from UKMail (Syncreon) !!!

It's so thin!!!!!! Can't wait!
