UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

So I want t 6 + 128GB SG
ordered onine and have a eta of 20th-27th oct
now iv'e started all this checking reserves bussines and I don't get paid until thursday
feel like each night i check the reserves is like i'm training... haha
my local store is

I guess you could see if you could go earlier but they probably wouldn't allow it because of crowd management? I and it definitely wouldn't advise going later as I imagine you'd be refused lol. If the store isn't too far I would go earlier and try your luck but be prepared to be told to come back..

Also guys I suggest you use http://iphone6stockchecker.com to check stock levels, or setup the python script and keep it running and it will send push notifications to ur mobile devices the minute stock arrives for the models u have chosen (at the stores u have chosen). My ipad went nuts at 12:04 lol

Soooooo... I went to the depot and was able to collect my phone
So who cares about the missed delivery - it's here! And it's gorgeous!
HOWEVER
It has one dead pixel
The question is, what should I do now:
1. Return this phone and wait for weeks for a replacement
2. Live with a dead pixel for a while and then replace it when the stock will pick-up.
3. Just learn to live with a single dead pixel.
What do you think?
Is it likely that more pixels will die if one is dead already?
P.S. The pixel is in the top right corner, next to a battery level indicator. It's hard to see on non-white backgrounds.

Phone up on 19th Sep (Replacement BRAND NEW SEALED BOX getting sent on 26th Sep to 30th Sep)

I was excepting to wait 3-4 weeks
Launch unit faulty.
Im gutted I set my alarm at midnight, woke up and went to the website, it wasnt up. I put the ipad down to wait a minute before I refreshed again and here I am at 5.30 having just woken up! I bloody fell back to sleep again!!! AND missed all the 64gb SG 6+'s

Well the speed they went at there was not many to miss. As far as the 6+ went last night they were sold out in about 20 to 30 seconds of going on line. A few 16GB loitered for about a 1 minute or 2 down in the West Country otherwise everything else was gone in a flash. Well done to those that got lucky.
There is simply not enough stock to meet the demand. Even the 6 is now getting hard to get, compare this to Sat where there was plenty of iPhone 6 stock around the best part of the day, if you wanted to travel around to get one. With the other country launches incoming Friday I fear its only going to get worse especially for the elusive 6+.
This is becoming an obsession I am spending too much time here and refreshing the Apple reservation list.
I will keep going as frustrating as it is and hope I either get lucky or my pre order gets sent earlier than the current 10 to 17 Oct estimate which has not changed for me since the 12 Sept order date.
When I think back to the iPhone 3G launch where I joined the short Lakeside queue on launch day at 0700 and walked away at 0900am with the model I wanted. Things were simpler then.

Don't know if you do these ,but if you don't try it 1.leave the apple page on 2.save your password.3..might help to have the stock checker webpage next to the apple page as well.and if you are from the southeast of england or london white city is one to keep your eye on
I feel sorry for all you guys that are after the plus, I can't even get a 6 reserved. I keep missing the stock when it comes online and find it frustrating even though I have my 6+ 64GB SG.
Wish I'd have ordered both at launch so I could send the 6+ back, it is way too big.

How though?,but you do know if you go early and queue up you will get a 6 don't you?,the staff there will just put it in like a reservation and let you buy it but it is usually limited to about 20 people.

I have a boss that would allow me the time to go stand and wait for one but I have so much on that I'd rather not squander a morning waiting in line for an iPhone.
I have a delivery date of 6-9th for my 6 so will wait it out and send my plus back at the last possible minute on the 3rd.
I just wanted to express my empathy to the guys that keep trying to reserve one and failing, for whatever reason.

Yeah same here she thought I was nuts for spending £700 couldn't get over it then I dropped the bomb that I had ordered one for my dad too and she knows we are the same gotta get the best
