Mine has gone to preparing for shipment from the Apple store.

It is weird unless shipping from China that they would ship so early. It is 9 days until release!

Plus now that means they are charging us earlier than expected which isn't great, my original plan was to sell my existing phone and get paid pretty much the same day as shipment. Now it seems that won't be possible which is annoying.

Really struggling to get excited about this. Was buzzing far more for the watch. "preparing for shipment" for the watch was :eek::eek: WHHHHOOOOPPPPPP .......... "preparing for shipment" for the 6S was like Meh.

Mine is preparing to ship, and two of my cases arrived. Not bad for £1.98

Yeah, bit of a shame, I just got an email from the device recycling company that Apple uses, telling me that I'm about to get a £100 Apple Store gift card for the ipad mini I sent them. I was hoping to put that towards one of the phones!

Never mind, it'll pay for most of a new Apple TV next month :D

Mines preparing for shipment so it's coming from China, and now the usual working out what route it will take this time!

Yeh im noticing the same thing.

My IOS9 is weird too, slow and laggy!! Just keeps lagging whilst going into settings and opening safari.

Remember that straight after the install, lots of background activity is happening - Spotlight updating indexes, that sort of thing. You may also notice that your phone feels warm. It should settle down. I've had 9 on since the GM and it's been pretty smooth on my 6.

To be super critical why when you double press home button is the menu not on the right instead of the left! Argh!

Preparing for dispatch as well now but money not taken from my HSBC debit card (although my available balance has decreased by £619)

Cheers for that yes it is a bit warm, might be back ground updates.

Just done a hard reset to speed it up

ios9 has been a little laggy through all the betas for me.

I usually got 10 hours of usage on ios8 6+ but now I'm getting 8 hours every time. Not a one off, so battery seems to be suffering too :(

I've been on all the betas on my iPhone 5, and I've generally found the battery life to be hugely improved (as well as performance) - stretching to 36 hours on several occasions, it's a long time since I've had that kind of performance on iOS 8. Hoping the 6s is going to last even longer...

Didn't even notice that, since I'm left handed it just felt normal

But when I try to restore to iOS 9 on iTunes I get the error:

There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone “Taylor’s iPhone”. The requested resource was not found.

Anyone know what's up with that?

I ordered my 6s+ through O2. Feel quite envious of those who ordered through Apple and have 'Preparing for Dispatch"...
