Definitely better than Crystal, there were a few websites I went to that didn't work properly with Crystal but can be whitelisted in Peace.

If it is a problem purely with lighting get him to take a video of it so you know it isn't photoshopped. You should be able to see the scratch fade and come back depending on the lighting. From this photo I would say that there isn't a scratch on it. But I know with my iPhone. Sometimes scratches can't be seen in photos

No, that's fine, the more people's thoughts the better. I honestly did not see any scratch. I held it up the the window in the sun and couldn't see anything. I also got a colleague at work to check and they also said its in mint condition. I've told him to send it back for a full refund but not heard back yet.

I could get £20 more if I sold my 6 via Gumtree but then I need to include the box and all accessories. Rather stick with envirophone and keep the charger and headphones.

I'm going to compeltely go back on myself here. I'm **** with photoshop but I tried to sharpen up that area, and you can definitely see a line in the same place as the other photo.

Or try looking at the original picture and tilting your screen (all this "proves" is that there's something there in both pictures. Could be pen/pencil, could be his fault, but I doubt photoshopped)
