Just found the order....can't view it on the app. But when you click on it you get "This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later."...... what does that mean? Only 3 full days before delivery (supposed) and they can't tell you anything?I've heard nothing from O2 since the initial email confirming the order. The email directs you to "track my order" but clicking the link it says yiu have to log into my o2 to see it but when you log in there is no link to tracking. If I click on upgrades it comes with your upgrade is in progress.
Will have to call them to find out if delivery is still on the 25th as it stated when I placed the order. O2 have dropped the ball as far as keeping customers updated.
