Why the 9th? I rang three to see if I can change my delivery so I can collect from a store and it was too late. They confirmed I will be getting mine on Friday via dpd. I got my confirmation email at 753am so was early doing my upgrade.
I agree. Trouble is, the last couple of times I have had to leave home at 11:30, and they have come at 12. :-(Most people(about 80%) will get their iPhone 6s before 12:01pm on Friday.
If you ask, Why?
shipping companies will show their Muscles to Apple company to keep their relationship with them.
Agree with this. I sold the wife's 6 for £400 and mine for £450. Both 64GBI dont want anything near £350 thats way too low
DPD are ace. They text/email you first thing that morning to let you know what hour it will be delivered. My driver is Carl and he ALWAYS comes between 10:15 and 11:15 like clockwork![]()
I listed my 64GB 6 for £450 on eBay. When people sent offers I'd reply trying to do a deal to evade the fees. Yes, against the policy, but 15% fees is obscene.Agree with this. I sold the wife's 6 for £400 and mine for £450. Both 64GB
But they were both private sales. You've got no hope on ebay.
Just been having a look around and Envirofone Shop are selling iPhone 6 128gb models grade A+ pristine condition for £559 including 6 months warranty.Lol you lot, thanks for the advice but anywayyyyy not willing to sell for under £500 and so be it if no one buys not in any rush tbh
If UK Mail say that mine is lost or delayed I'm going down to the local depot and I'm going to line them all up for a chat.
(I'm 6ft 4 and 110KG!!)
Called a half hour ago and was also confirmed to receive my phone on Friday but no confirmation email
You got your email this morning? Lucky.
Dunno they just told me they don't get any stock from Apple till 9th :/
worth doing a search on eBay for completed listings with the same type/condition phone as you and you'll see what phones have been selling from recently. Should give you a good indication if you're going to get the price you wantLol you lot, thanks for the advice but anywayyyyy not willing to sell for under £500 and so be it if no one buys not in any rush tbh
They doDespatched DPD for Friday. Woop. Think DPD have the 1-hour slots and driver tracking.
Filling the time by messaging with a OnePlus 2.
That's annoying they're not the same! Makes me think the choice of courier is almost entirely random.Mine are both with different providers haha...
DPD and UKMail. Wonder which will arrive first.
Yes, you'll get it on the morning of the 25th, as soon as the driver begins making his way to delivery 1.Do DPD give you an hour time slot?
Oo I've never actually tried changing my time slot with DPD, I didn't realise you could do it for the same day. Is that through the 'upgrade delivery' which you have to pay for?DPD is good because you can change delivery times and I believe even opt for Saturday delivery; so if you do miss out on Friday you have some options.
I may even see if I can get Apple to change the delivery address for Friday tomorrow.
Only if you have UPS My Choice.. but to sign up for that they need to send you a letter with a confirmation code so it'd be too late to sign up before Friday unfortunately!Anyone have experience with UPS? Do you get a delivery slot with them? Reliable etc
I'm sure you'll have it by this time tomorrow at the very latest, but hopefully by tomorrow morningAnyone whose ordered direct from Apple and it's still saying 'preparing for dispatch' and expected delivery 25/9?? Getting a bit nervous seeing all these orders changing to dispatched!!
The time for mine has varied from 11am-3pm but I hope it comes as early as possible. My driver almost always comes within the first 5 mins of the delivery slotDPD are ace. You'd think that, I have had offers but they were unrealistic like £100 etc... anyway what I'm asking for is around the regions of what others have asked so I dont see a problem, if someone wants it they'll buy it or drop me a message
according to the many posts of yours previously it does seem like you do mind and want to sell it.. but its your prerogative if you keep it or not so good luck!Yeah its that or best offer, they can offer me...
And if it doesnt sell it doesnt sell, no rush I really dont mind
