Has anybody ordered with Vodafone on a new contract for collection in store? I received an email when I first placed the order saying I could collect from the 25th September, but the email also stated further confirmation would be sent.
I have received no further emails and the customer service teams are being very flakey and avoiding direct answers, the online account summary also has this message;
Should I be worried?!

Is this just on your mobile using the normal UK Mail website?

Thanks, this worked and I got my tracking number. However if I go on UK Mail, it cannot be found
Bizarre. The person on chat said the delivery courier was UK Mail.
If I put my number into the parcel app, it comes up as DPD. If I go onto the DPD site and use the number it says it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow. If I also enter my postcode, I can change the delivery options. So not UK Mail then.

Basically it was either DPD or UKMail just sounds like the advisor got mixed up. Probably easy done with the amount of chats they have had today ! At least you know you are getting it tomorrow !

Spoke to apple and they've refunded me. I'll go get one from the apple store as they have them all in stock now (didn't when I ordered). They said I should contact them when it does turn up to return it? Think they'll enforce? (Cheeky I know!)

Just wanted some opinions on whether or not my expected delivery window of 12-19th October for the iPhone 6s Plus 64gb rose gold will improve or not? Ordered on the 15th September from Apple's website and that's the dates it gave me. So far no change, but I was also wondering if anyone else has had these dates given to them and seen them improve since? I'll probably end up just going to a store and buying one next week if there's no change...

I just saw it on Twitter to be honest... I tried adding my tracking to Parcel but it didn't like it.
AfterShip worked for me. Parcel app wouldn't work with UK Mail.
And you don't need to purchase premium for notifications on AfterShip.

Real shame the upgrade program is not in UK. Would have used that scheme to stay up to date with the latest models.

Well you only actually came out with £369 due to the 10% eBay fees.
