Cannot decide which one to get... Getting a 6S Plus, as i regret buying a 6 last year and really want a plus. But i just cannot decide between space grey and silver and 16 / 64Gb. I've always had a Black iPhone, so feel like i should get something different. Have already ordered the dark blue silicone case from Apple, which will suit either colour.

Also can't decide on size. I have a 64Gb 6, but i reckon i might be able to get by with 16Gb. I resent paying the extra £80 for the additional storage but I'm worried having little space will piss me off.

Decisions!

Lol decision decisions you have got 15 hours to decide what you want to do

I think you should get a 64gb Space Grey - I think you might regret silver and 16gb!

There you go decision made - simples!!

ps if you have time tonight to stop by a phone store to look at the white models it might help. I did that last night and it really helped me feel certain on the Space Grey (switching form gold 5s)

Been trying to justify getting a 6s Plus. The 5s is way too small in this day and age and the 6s is probably the perfect size for general usage and one hand control. I would have no vanity driven embarrassment over the size of it as it will fit snugly into pockets. However, I'm lucky and work from home (the magic of VPN). I'm home 99.99% of the time. I have an ipad but its generally used as a comic and book reader. My phone is used more as a (social) media device than anything and for reading sites/videos etc. So size does matter here. So the justification has been that the Plus will give me all the extra goodness and worrying about how it looks cosmetically outside of the house and what I look like making calls in the wild of the high street or elsewhere is just a small part of its role. Most of its usage will be indoors on wi-fi. Guess I have to get over how awkward it looks when outdoors.

(Only saying it looks awkward because its so much bigger than any smartphone I've owned)

If that makes any sense...help!

I have been considering a Plus this time around because of the amount of web browsing I do, but it's not an easy change to make as the ordinary iPhone is a pretty good size for day to use & I might be better of putting the money towards a high storage size in the 6S rather than getting a Plus at a lower storage size.

I really isn't a huge amount bigger to cause concern I don't think but big enough probably to be a more pleasurable browsing experience. If I didn't have an iPad that I carry around a lot for work I would prob get a 6s+ but a 6s is ideal for me. Am also upgading from a 5s so maybe next year I'll get the 7+ if I want another bump in size.

Haha thanks for your opinion. Im almost certainly going to get a white / silver, but i might get a 64Gb as its only £80... When you're spending that much, why not just go the extra mile...

Kind of wish they'd announce their tariffs (rather than leaving it until tomorrow morning) so I could see if I wish to remain with Vodafone or go elsewhere.

I also need to learn the importance of patience, haha!

I think thats exactly why none of them do release them beforehand. They don't want you to have time to make a rational decision and compare with the other networks.

I've just seen this posted on another forum, based on todays iPhone 6 and SIM only prices (seems fair as SIM only prices are unlikely to change):

6S Purchase (all prices for 64GB Space Grey iPhone 6, allowances in data/minutes/texts)

EE 6 - £199.99 + 24*£44.99 = £1279.75 (4GB/U/U)
EE SIM - £619 + 24*£20.99 = £1122.76 (4GB/U/U - 12 month)
EE SIM - £619 + 24*£23.99 = £1194.76 (4GB/U/U - 30 day)

EE 6 - £189.99 + 24*£44.99 = £1269.75 (2GB/1000/U)
EE SIM - £619 + 24*£16.99 = £1026.76 (2GB/2000/U - 12 month)
EE SIM - £619 + 24*£19.99 = £1098.76 (2GB/2000/U - 30 day)

O2 6 - £169.99 + 24*£44 = £1225.99 (5GB/U/U)
O2 SIM - £619 + 24*£19.54 = £1087.96 (4GB/U/U - 12 month)
O2 SIM - £619 + 24*£23.80 = £1190.20 (5GB/U/U - 30 day)

3 6 - £99 + 24*£48 = £1251 (4GB/U/U)
3 SIM - £619 + 24*£21 = £1123 (4GB/U/U - 12 month)
3 SIM - £619 + 24*£24 = £1195 (4GB/U/U - 30 day)

3 6 - £99 + 24*£54 = £1395 (U/600/U)
3 SIM - £619 + 24*£22 = £1147 (U/600/U - 12 month)
3 SIM - £619 + 24*£25 = £1219 (U/600/U - 30 day)

So annoying, I may wait until I've compared them all, and suck yo the fact that the phone I want may be a little late arriving

Why would it be late? Surely o2 have a marked supply for their own customers? Regardless of the supplies that go out to other networks + Apple Store.

This is why I'm planning on an outright buy it's almost £300 saved over 2 years compared to a contract.

I'm interested in some sort of pricing on Vodafone, the above post makes no sense to me lol.

P.s i am going for the rose gold version , giving that a shot lol

Why dont you do what I'm doing? I like the space grey colour - its a nice 'manly' and 'neutral' colour but the Home button/touch id sensor doesnt have a shiny outline like the white/gold ones?

So, I am going to go for the Gold purely on that basis , and also as Ive never owned a Gold iPhone as the last one I had was an iPhone 5.

Silly reasoning, but makes sense to me :)

If you're going to be using the 4k video it sounds like the 16GB might be a bad choice. I've always had the 16's but going for a 64 this time.
