And he keeps circling my area so I daren't leave the house in case he decides to deliver early while he's near! Likelihood is next to zero but sod's law he'll arrive two minutes after I leave.
DPD are generally pretty good. Have you not got delivery window yet?
Got to say am glad I reserved mine in store for 8am. First time I've collected a product in store on launch day and as one of the first into the store we got all the staff whooping and cheering which is quite amusing and fun . I also got 'papped' by journalist on way out as I was first woman out!! Might be in the local paper later..............should have lied about my age!
Was doing it just for a one-off experience but think I will definitely reserve again next year too.

I always get stuff delivered to my work reception - it's great as open 24 hours and they store securely!
Do you need to set the phone up as new and update to 9.0.1 before you can set up from a 9.0.1 backup?
Gutted for you but hopefully you have my driver and he will be with you a few hours early. The driver I had has a massive gash in the left wing on the van.

Ok someone else said no, but when I got a temporary 5s 2 weeks ago I had to update it first before I could restore the backup of my 5s which was on a newer software version.
Having similar thoughts, but from what they showed at the keynote maybe it improves (with Apple's apps anyway) over time? I'm sure it showed the 3 most recent contacts you've messaged with a 3D Touch, but mine is currently just showing New Message. So I'll reserve judgement.
I'll say this though, that new TouchID is damn nippy
DPD and UKMail at least seem to be giving out delivery windows. UPS are a joke - their "tracking" consisted of saying "we can't find your order" up until yesterday, when it changed to "delivered by End of Day on 25th". Oh, and it is now "out for delivery", well that's very useful to know... In what way is this actually "tracking" anything!?
