SO quick update:

Looks like my Apple order will arrive today, currently in Inverness so might come down later.

The O2 order may get held up by a public holiday in Glasgow depending on which way it comes to me

Funny thing is the O2 order was collected and Scanned about 6 hours before the apple one

That must be torture knowing your new phone has turned up but you can't play with it for another 2 days.

I cant even explain how much it sucks. My wife had to go to a conference so I got it delivered to my parents house to avoid parcel being sent back. I can't get down there till Sunday
Currently nursing my poorly 5 through till then with assistance from external battery to ensure it lasts more than a few hours.

I saw your UPS van driving out from Feltham depot at that time. I managed to pick mine up at UPS Feltham at around 10am.

When I restored a replacement 6 a while back I had the "restoring from iCloud backup" message on the home screen for ages and then discovered one app was "waiting". I tried tapping on it but nothing happened so I went into the store and the cloud symbol was showing next to it. I re-downloaded and then shortly after the restoring message went away. Try this with the "waiting" apps!

Correct but they say less then 0.3 if you check Apple site the ones they sell are 0.2mm

Is that glass one? If it's not then it will be. If it's glass then I would contact them directly and ask. I've done a lot of research and contacted hundreds of companies. Many are fake and false advertising as they gave me different specs then the ones advertised and some refused to give me an answer

Sorry to go off-topic but does the iPhone 6 s (not plus) fit into the old iPhone 6 cases?

It fits absolutely fine, I think some of the people claiming its tight or doesn't fit are seeing something that isn't there.

I have an Apple silicon case and an almost brand new Apple leather case (only used for a few days) and both fit exactly as they did on the 6. They are no tighter, not do they look any different on the 6S.

Whats the weight like? Im interested to know! I like a bit of extra weight makes it feel more premium.

It looks and feels just like the 6, the weight difference is half the weight of the leather case, so anyone who can feel that minimal increase must have superpowers .

Tbh, I don't really notice a weight or size difference with or without a case.
Spigen glass screen protector works fine with 3D Touch

You aren't the only one, weight wise it feels just like the 6. I suspect some people expected to feel a weight difference so when they got the phone had already decided in their head they would feel the difference (even though it's so negligible to be almost impossible without a scale).

A difference yes, but not drastic. At least not one I consider drastic. I guess it's all subjective
