So I've ordered through the App. Had loads of problems with Apple Pay saying my address was wrong ! so in the end I just paid via the normal old way.

Haven't had any emails yet though ! Which is worrying...
 
I can't seem to reserve it! when I choose my store I get a popup that says 'update your apple ID' but then the page just reloads and I have to sign in again! Can't see what's wrong with my Apple ID???

Open a new tab, go to Store at the bottom of the page, click on reserve and then it will ask you to UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD!

Then go back to the reserve page and enter your new password. Thanks Apple for wanting everyone to update their passwords this morning!

Of course then you may have to send a text to reserve and that isn't working either.

I had to use a different Apple ID to reserve in store; for no reason whatsoever it didn't need a text verification. The other Apple ID still hasn't sent me the text verification.

Amazingly smooth with O2! Started my order at 7.55 and done by 8.02. Went for a last minute colour change to a gold 64gb 6S+... Probably shouldn't have watched Goldfinger last night, i'm too easily influenced! I knew O2 were liars though, so much for their text saying pre-orders start at 9!

Indeed, I was shocked how painless it was too. I think I started my upgrade around 7:50 and actually quit out because I didn't believe it was only 9.99 up front and that it was a glitch! Went through again and then got confirmation emails at 8:01

Was anyone able to add a second phone to their order. For some reason I was unable to do it in the app or even on the website. Had to then make a second separate order each time!

Also can't see any notes on order limits?

Wonder if I've already bought 2 (in separate orders)- can I also select one for in store pickup?

It came up with a big red exclamation mark beside my 'shipping address', so I filled it in again, but it still didn't like it.
So I had to opt for the 'other payment method'.

Got my email... Delivers 25/9 :D
It doesn't say that on my orders page on the store tho... I think it normally days underneath the delivery details.

Exactly the same problem and remedy here. What iOS you running? I'm on 9.1 public beta. Reckon that could be it?
 
Ordered a 6s plus 64gb Silver vi phone app 8.04 but no confirmation mail yet!

App says its all gone though ok so will not start worrying yet.
 
Ordered a 6S+ 64GB SG at 8:02, managed to get in store pickup for 6:30pm so I can go and collect on my way home from work on launch day. Happy days.
 
All done and dusted at 08:07...through the App. Interestingly the website is still down for me now at 08:40....

Anyway, 128Gb Space Grey 6S Plus has been secured :)
 
Three and O2 are only offering their unlimited minute plans. When do they tend to release the cheaper plans?
I think they are dropping them. Last year they had a 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, and 20GB plans. This year they only have 3GB, 20GB, and 30GB plans.

They may offer better plans in a couple of months when demand has settled down.
 
My email came in at 8:07am as the app didn't seem to get working until about 8:04 for me. The website is still down for me on chrome and store reservations just loop through wanting my apple id. Macrumors went down for me for a bit too. Good old iPhone, did a better job than Kim Kardashian..

I've upgraded on O2 refresh, there was no option to get it to delivered to store this year when I checked out - did anyone else find this?

It was good last year as my manager let me leave to go and get my phone from the store up the road (they didn't open at 8am because the shopping centre didn't open until 10am).
