I have the Airpods Pro 2 and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with how poor the noise cancellation can be. Even with new tips, in case the originals were wearing.

Would you say the Airpods Pro 3 are worth the upgrade? I am really keen to hear what people think before I spend more money with Apple.

Definitely for me. I’m coming from the original APP2s (Lightning) and the difference is very clear across sound, fit and noise cancellation.

Plus now the only remaining Lightning products I have are my Mac’s Magic Keyboard and Trackpad!

Got my Air at 11:10am and it’s now completely set up this way, as new.

All photos (20k), music (2500 songs) downloaded, all apps down and signed in to, everything reorganised and settings tweaked.

Feels awesome!

as @crdav says above, the should have colour matched the rear of the case.

The Spigen clear cases are right up your street then... they do colour matched versions (if anything a bit nicer).

Not impressed with DHL and their "out for delivery". I'll try to avoid buying direct next time I think.

So, still waiting, what a wate of a day.

Strange year vs previous years for me ordering via o2 and delivery via DPD. No tracking - was at the depot until just gone half 12 when it changed to say ‘As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Fri 19th September 2025 and 15:21’ - its not here so I can only assume that’s the start of the hour window.

Two vans have come painstakingly close to the house today, at 10 and half an hour ago, delivered to another house and disappeared!

Call them, I posted their number in earlier post and managed to push them to deliver mine, even if it was 3hrs late than the proposed time slot.

Apparently the latest firmware update for the APP2 improved the ANC considerably.

cheesed off with DHL, the snake has dissapeared so I can't see where the driver is. Any tips on how to get it back?
 
Apple charged me last night, still showing 24th - 29th September and says 'Preparing for shipping' on one iPhone. The other one says still processing. Ordered 2x iPhone 17 PM 256GB in Blue and Orange. Going to decide which to keep.

:eek: Mine are still on an old version by the looks of it. I need to see about getting them updated to see if there is any improvement.

EDIT: Looking on the Apple website it looks like I am on a REALLY old version still - 6A321

I've just got the DHL one that was trackable. I asked the guy about the other one, and he says, 'they got 900 in today and are just out there doing their best'. Seemed rushed off his feet poor guy. I'm just north of Belfast area if it matters. He said they should all be getting delivered today though.
