Is anyone waiting for an O2 order? I placed my order 12th Sep, has been sitting at ‘within 3 weeks’ since then. I’ve checked the model I’ve ordered a few times. There was a point where it was showing ‘within 2 weeks’ if ordering that day, mine still showing 3. Now it’s showing ‘could be over 4 weeks’.

I’m stressing. Anyone else living the dream with an O2 order?

Collected my 256g Max Pro Deep Blue yes afternoon from Apple Cardiff & Traded in my 256 16 Pro Max
for £600.
Money back on my debit card this morning @ 09.06 marvellous

So I contacted Apple as it's been more than 24 hours since my card was charged, but they still haven't sent a shipping notification and, as it's gone 5pm now, I suspect it won't be sent today. I'm on the 24 Sep - 29 Sep train.

They checked my order and said it's progressing smoothly from their end, but they wouldn't commit to an estimated dispatch date or delivery date, they just said I'd get it before the last estimate (ie 29 Sep).

Anyone else in the 24 Sep - 29 Sep group experiencing the same?

Same. I returned the launch day order same day and placed my replacement order around 7ish in the evening.

Are you still waiting for yours?
My launch day Air got stuck in a boot loop that Apple couldn’t resolve. Initiated a return on 19th, Apple received it first thing on 24th, but I’ve no expected delivery date for the replacement. Am I now at the end of the queue? Surely not as my device was faulty.

My order is in the same window. My card got charged around 6pm on 23rd September and it got dispatched around 11am on 24th September. It can take up to a few days at most so would try and remain patient, though I appreciate this is hard.

I was sitting on the fence, my 15 Pro is down to 90% battery and sometimes doesn't last the day. Went into the local Apple Store yesterday and checked over the 17 and the 17 Pro and decided the regular 17 is a good fit this year. However they had no stock (256GB). However checking today a Black 17 w/256GB is now available, so I pulled the trigger. Pick up Friday.

My iPhone 17 PM 256GB in Cosmic Orange just delivered via DHL. Went to, prepare for shipping a couple of days ago. Trade in kit has arrived today via Royal Mail too. 24th - 29th September group as well. My iPhone 17 PM 256 in Deep Blue came a few days ago via DPD. Haven't opened it yet. Thought this one will come via DPD as well so I kept checking DPD, totally forgot about DHL so I missed tracking/ stalking the delivery driver, 😅. Screen protectors sorted but still waiting for my case. Now to decide which colour to keep.

Unfortunately, yes, you are at the back of the queue. They can’t bump people with faulty units up the queue and prioritise in front of other people that are still waiting for their orders to be processed

They must of changed things then as they used to keep back units for replacements due to faults or damage. Like everything else in this world things just get worse I suppose.

My Pro Max 512GB Deep Blue has been sent by Apple using DPD overnight.

It arrived at my local depot this morning but no delivery window has been provided yet so I might not get it till tomorrow. But at least it’s on its way.
