Orange 256 PM now 29th sept. slipping quickly

I was pre-approved for finance, and saved and now the order says 'on hold' waiting for confirmation of finance.

Is this the same with anyone else or do I have some wierd problem that will delay my phone?

What the hell O2? I have a 54 minute queue on desktop and 24 minute queue on the iOS app ... never ever seen anything like this. Pissed!

It'll be quicker than that. I've ordered with Sky Mobile and at 1pm there was a 16 minute wait showing, it let me through at 1.07pm.

The app took ages to let me in, a good 5+ mins after the order had gone through on the website. Usually the other way round but very happy – white Air for pick up at preferred time & store next Friday

This year, the app let me down. Stuck on the holding page until I force close and re-open.

Not that I would have an issues with slipping dates ordering the lavender base 17 for my daughter. No pro models or air for me this year.

15 Pro still fine for me.

I'm also struggling to find out how to do this! The website on desktop says go to the app, but then the app doesn't look like it has been updated as it says £xx p/m via upgrade programme...
