Are you already on the upgrade program? I reserved in-store on the apple upgrade via the store app on the phone.
Couldn't decide right down to the last minute whether I wanted to take the leap and try the Air, or get the safe pick with the base 17. So I've ordered both for collection on Friday - will make my final decision and cancel one of them after initial reviews come out early next week
Same. It gives me an error on confirming address (same address I have always had). Dates slipped. Can’t order 🤷🏻♂️
Well, for some reason the Apple Store app had an old credit card saved on my account, and I couldn’t just use my regular card on Apple Pay for this. I had to edit everything, including address and country code for phone number so I missed the 19th delivery date for the Orange Pro Max (now it’ll arrive between 29th–6th October).
But I did manage to order the Air in Light Gold (last-second choice) for delivery on the 19th. Not a great experience, since I wanted both next week to compare.

iPhone Air Space Black 1TB, case, battery and AirPods Pro 3 ordered for pickup on the 19th. Can't wait.
Not surprised TBH, I don't think the galaxy edge sold well either, but people want long battery life, and cameras

Just to add, I think it's more a halo product of look at what we can do, but unless you keep it near a charger it won't get you through the day.

Order went through, have had "we're processing" but the status page of the order says "Your order is on hold, once your application is approved, we will email you updated pickup information".
Wondering if it adds this extra approval step when you choose to pick it up?
If you’re already enrolled you can. Otherwise I think it’s in store for new applications. You can normally reserve one via the app and do upgrade program when you go to pick it up. Once the stock hits stores you should be able to check which ones your prepared to travel to and see what they have. I’ve had to do this a few times, when I couldn’t get hold of one straight away. Someone posted a link for the reserve page they other day, so when that goes live it also worth trying.
I saw the "hold" for a second but it's gone now. Probably just Barclay's processing it. Should be fine.
I think they'll be more popular once they appear in stores and people can pick them up.
Still Pro max 512gb, 1tb and 2tb in blue available in some stores (I'm just watching the oracle - reading)
