with UK apple pre order deliveries can i change delivery easily? i want an air but won’t be home until the 25th, ideally would schedule one for delivery on the 26th
 
I’ve ordered a 17 PM 256 in Orange. Being honest, that’s the one I’m likely to keep…

But, I also got intrigued by the iPhone Air and ordered it also. With it I ordered a battery pack and a bumper case (just in case!).

The bumper and battery pack are due to arrive on Tuesday with the phones on Friday.

I just want to check (if anyone can confirm) when the return window closes for the air if it comes to it. If I’m reading the sales terms it’s up to 14 days AFTER the last item in a multiple order is received. Have I understood that right?

Did anyone order 2 iPhone Pro Max’s within a minute of each other and one is preparing for dispatch and the other is still processing? You’d think the second would be changed by now…

What Apple representative also said, why the reason it was declined using ApplePay, is apparently with ApplePay and large amount can trigger an issue because it doesn’t use the actual card number and the Bank would a lot of the times would see it as fraud and trigger a fraud detection, so he said anything that’s larger than let’s say £500 it could cause it not to go through.

It’s weird, never had this problem in the last few years, bought so many large amount items using ApplePay.

Live and learn I suppose.

I had this issue too earlier this afternoon. Used actual card details and it seems fine so far

So much for the convenience of Apple Pay

Im about 30 pages behind 🥲 but I did manage to get my nappy ass phone at 1pm yesterday

Mine is still processing
I paid 50% apple balance and 50% through my card (Apple Pay)

The apple balance has been taken but the money hasn’t come off my card, any know how /why?

One of my orders is preparing for shipping but my other one is still processing!

Never had this issue before and hopefully just catch up maybe tomorrow or Monday
 
Ordered the iPhone Pro Max orange 2tb for a 19th delivery. Anyone know roughly what time in the day it is likely to be delivered?

I think the airs are still available for launch day so i suspect you’ll be able to pick one up in store on the 25th, or order it that day for delivery on the 26th
 
Guys, missed placing pre-order on Friday due to work. Any chance getting pro max 256gb at the store on 19th without pre-order collection slot? Like old classic (queuing) apple way 10 years ago?

There are a few still available at Apple stores if you search on the Apple website

I’m really impressed by the quality of it. The stand/ring has a really study feel too it and there’s no annoying moulding lines (I find them really irritating when what would otherwise be a smooth tactile case has a tiny bump in it. Just wish they still did the red colour they had for the 16.
Only thing that put me off the silicone version was it looks a bit thicker, but that might just be the perspective of the shots?

So when all that drama happened, my first thought was, ‘Great, now the order’s probably gone, or it’s gonna get cancelled.’ And of course, that would mean I’d have to go through the whole process again, place another order, and then just sit there wondering when on earth the phone(s) would finally have a delivery date, more than likely Oct at this stage. The idea of starting over was honestly stressing me out. Thankfully, after I wrestled with the bank and finally got the whole mess sorted out, the order stayed put—no cancellations, no delays, just a big sigh of relief on my end.
