I forgot my ID that day so was on the train to Glasgow Apple Store and had to go back home to get my driving license and then go back in and back home. 4 train rides!

I’ve got this nice card wallet, no bank card inside—Apple Pay killed that. Now it’s just my driver’s license, work badge, and a loyalty card for a frozen yogurt place that closed in 2017. My pickup is Friday. They've taken the money (late last night). Iirc the status won't change from still processing to the next stage (ready for pickup) until late Thursday or even Friday morning. Nothing to worry about.

No wonder I’ve just spent an hour + live chat trying to update my iPhone 11 to eSIM in preparation for my Air on Friday. It’s all sorted now but I must admit I’m a bit nervous about trying to set up my new phone using phone to phone transfer now 😟

My wallet has been the same for years but since moving I've managed to get it down to just a card wallet containing my drivers license, student ID, fuel card, debit card, AAA card & an expired health insurance card but I do have to remember to rotate which cards I have depending on which side of the Atlantic I am as I don't need to bring all these with me when I travel back home to visit my parents for Christmas but definitely do need to pick up my UK debit card or I keep finding stores I can't pay in!
If it wasn’t processing you would see something like “Order is on hold” or something similar. When my Apple Pay payment didn’t go through last night (no clue why) it was very clear that they weren’t processing my order, the progress bar was all grey, and the order eventually got cancelled, because they didn’t accept any other credit card or bank transfer.
