I just went to the O2 Store and picked up the Microsim. I've activated it, and it's switched over. That was much more simple than I imagined; took 5 minutes and everything works. :)

Did you need your Apple confirmation?

I'm looking to use either O2s PAYG Simplicity tariff with 100mins + Unlimited texts + unlimited internet for £15 a month or just keep my current O2 PAYG sim on text&web with unlimited texts + unlimited internet for £15 a month :)

Lets get it going then :) Discuss away.....

Im also looking at Text&Web for £15 from o2, but wondered how voice minutes work. do they deducted from the £15?

Will there be discounted PAYG phones with carriers or are you going to have to get an unlocked one?

If this is a simplicity plan you're looking it, it's not like PAYG at all --- it's much more like a traditional contract. You do not ever see the £15 as such, rather you check your remaining minutes via text, phone, their website or the iPhone app.

Ah right, yes I was looking at the Simplicty contracts.

The text&web plan doesn't include free minutes so I just wondered how it would work.

Edit: Just been doing a bit of reading and theres a difference between PAYG and 30 day contract
