You get 2 separate tracking codes, but they will both come together, either with the card inside the box or separately in a cardboard sleeve with an address label etc on.
For example, my iMac last year came with a large box and a separate letter/cardboard pack containing the gift card.
UPS, tracking number via the UPS web site shows:

Will it be Monday now before it ships or do they ship over the weekend?

Good question by the way, anyone knows when these will ship? - Does it ship over the weekend or?
I don't know about changing from PFS to Shipped. But the actual shipping can happen over the weekend. My MBPR is was on a plane to Frankfurt last night and is scheduled to be transported to London tomorrow morning. I think movement happens 24/7, but deliveries can only be weekdays as we haven't paid for the weekend option.
Looks like mine's in Koeln too...

Mine came in two separate packages in the same delivery, one was the main box and the gift card was in a small package.

Hope you get your replacent quick! Must of been quite poor to have it for a few days and send it back especially after all the waiting!
My MBP which was meant to be on a flight today to London may not be on it after all according to expo.
It hasn't updated to say it has left Korea yet and the flight arrives at 5pm. I assumed expo updated faster than that seeing as it left at 6am our time?!?
If it is not on the plane then I will be annoyed as it was sitting at the warehouse all day yesterday!!! And let's be honest as well that the slowest part of the journey is to Europe as well so moving over the weekend would always be quicker. I guess we will see later if it updates.

Estimated delivery 18th 2 days before I get back off my holiday!
Got mine this morning too, but with an estimated delivery of july 20th
Shipped! Due for the 20th of July - the first day of the expected delivery date range.
Should I definitely be at home that day or is it likely it could come earlier (or later?)
Its likely yours is on the same flight as mine, and according to expeditors.com, it isnt due to arrive in london until 2pm on the 19th July

I think I'm on the same pallet. It's updated to show its booked onto a Lufthansa cargo flight already, so considering it'll probably fly today and take a day to be driven to London, I think it'll more than likely get here Wednesday instead.
