Post if you have been given a shipping number by O2, along with what time you ordered, whether you are getting a 16GB or 8GB version and whether you are a new customer or an upgrade.

Would be good to see if there is any correlation between those who have started to have there orders confirmed and what they ordered/who they are.
 
Looking at a number of posts there doesn't seem to be a correlation.

I ordered at 12.40 8GB got an order number and mine is still "in progress".:(
 
I ordered a 16GB by half 8 on Monday. Got 3 emails by nine. Order still says "In Progress". Money charged to my CC yesterday. No tracking number yet. :confused:

My friend's no is 00017XX and he is "dispatched"

Same order of 8GB upgrade...

Mine is 00013XX and I'm still "in progress" 8GB aswell.
 
Woot!! Mine just came through.

8GB New Customer, Ordered around 11.00am

Looks like they are going in reversed order.

Interestingly i am still showing in My O2 as in progress, which i guess makes sense.

No emails - only MyO2 is saying order complete...

Havent received any emails at all...
 
New User, 16GB ordered at 9:10am. Debit card charged yesterday on-00132xxxx Order is still in progress and no emails received :(
 
Weird i have had emails all the way along, and i had the confirmation email with my new phone number and tracking number. But My O2 is still showing in progress, very odd.

I might log out and back in, see if that refreshes things.

My O2 is now showing order complete, though the tracking order isn't pulling up any information on DHL's website yet, to be expected i guess, they have probably just been allocated those numbers by O2.

It's gonna be a long wait till Friday :( especially if they don't deliver till nine pm!!
 
Got dispatch email and DHL tracking ref.

Still says In Progress but think the system might take a while to catch up.

Looking good nonetheless :)

I ordered the same iPhone at virtually the same time as you. I have been told thus far that I won't get one in the first batch. However who knows, it's not like O2 customer service have given the impression they know what's going on.

Exactly the same situation here! New User, 16GB ordered at about 10, Debit Card charged yesterday, Order Number 00132xxxx, In Progress and have not received a single email!
 
There doesn't seem to be any logical order to how orders are being delt with.

Unless the system just spits them out to O2 guys randomly to deal with?

Only order I can see is all 8GBs are going first.
 
I'v Just checked and my contract starts tomorrow?
