New Customer, still 'In Progress' Last guy I spoke to said Wednesday or Thursday for status update, so I'm guessing if it's not updated by about this time tomorrow it'll not be arriving on Friday.

Slightly worrying though is the length of the contract thats shown in My tarrif & services section when I login to my o2 account - about 27 months long - Its says the contract expires 8th October 2010.
Seems like another o2 f**k up. Hopefully they will correct it soon!!.
Anyone else who has a completed order got the contract end date showing incorrectly? I'm a bit worried about this.

Ordered 12.40 8GB and still "in progress".
Mine still says in progress. My order completed at 08:50am on the 7th, and I got my first 2 emails within about 10 minutes, and the third about an hour or so later. I would have thought this means I should be one of the earlier ones to be processed, but apparently not!![]()

Just spoken to a lady at O2 about my order. My order is currently "In Progress" in my 'My O2' section of the O2 website, which I made her aware of, but she said this actually means it's being processed for dispatch.
Dispatch of all successful orders will happen tomorrow afternoon (although I'd recommend calling to confirm yours is in the lot). Even though some of you may have tracking numbers from DHL already, O2/DHL are sitting on them until tomorrow.
Can't be a bad little earner for them, though!
