unable to download a video

Not sure if i should be asking this question in this thread, but i cant find an appropriate one to ask 🙂
So here goes... can this video be downloaded and how?

Use Firefox and install their VideoDownload Helper. You can then download it.

All well just downloaded it... easy and fast!
Im wondering why doesn't Chrome have something equivalent?
