Unable to Toggle Settings from Spotlight

I have been seeing videos of users toggling settings from Spotlight. Typing “Settings,” for example, brings up a list of settings that can be toggled. Likewise, typing specific settings like “Bluetooth“ should also work, but I just get a link that opens the setting from the Settings app, there is no option to toggle them from Spotlight.

Is there a specific setting that I need to configure for this to work?

I have the same issue on my phone.
Searching for Bluetooth on my iPad shows the toggle in Spotlight but not on the phone.

No, it’s an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Surprised others haven’t commented on the issue, maybe it’s just a handful of us?

Upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro and I’m still experiencing this limitation. Gotta be a setting somewhere…
