I imagine the servers are being hammered at the moment, patience is a virtue. I've just been able to download the OSX version myself

Untether worked on my 5.0.1 iP4, but the maps icon has mysteriously vanished. I can access the maps application but the picture on the icon has gone.

Note: I0n1c posted that the POD2G Untether doesn't interfere with the bugs he's found a swell. Awesome!

Glad to see the error reporting tool has been to the Jailbreak Dev's out there.

Works an absolute treat, brilliant work from pod2G.

We're lucky that every time Apple hire one of the jailbreak community's top men, another person somehow manages to step up. Great work.

Seems strange that he's not held back until the 5.1 release. Hopefully he has another exploit that can be used then. All we need now is an A5 untether, but they're obviously working hard on that

What do you people recommend?

Just installing the jailbreak fresh, or adding it to the tethered jailbreak.

I almost feel like the feeling of a fresh start just might be the way to go.

Just re-jailbreak over the previous one. If you are already on 5.01 no need to restore. I just did it. Takes a few minutes and you are good to go.
