That’s just it…you said done FASTER…Apple doesn’t need faster, it needs competent. most of them don’t know anything. Look how terrible these software releases have been. Each one gets progressively worse with more issues, more bugs, more problems… you don’t solve the issue by letting the problem just grow bigger.

Other than the new MacBook, everything else will be very minor updates with new chips. Looking forward to seeing the colors of the new MacBook. Hope they are bright. Will be good if the new lower priced MacBook comes with 16 GB but most likely it might end up having only 8 GB.

Except for one thing: Apple has been knocking it out of the ballpark with chip design. Every rev of the M chip has brought substantially better performance. Apple has been performing exceptionally well.

So it might seem boring to you but to people who want a great platform for getting work done, it’s out of this world. I don’t care what color it comes in.

Apple computers still can’t really game though, unless you count the ones they’re peddling under Apple Arcade designed for 11 year olds or gen-x women. I just bought a new $3000 PC gaming machine just to play a small handful of games . I’d rather put that towards a Mac I can use the horsepower for productivity too. I was hoping Mac would be in a better position at this point but they’re still stuck trying to figure out AI.

Apple has never been serious about gaming. But plenty of the people who make the games you play use Macs to create them.
