Upgradeable SSD in 2018 Macbook Air?

    Hi!

    How likely do you think it is that the SSD in the Airs will be upgradeable (and operate stable on a non-default SSD disk)?

    Paying $200 for a 1TB SSD + m2 adapter, instead of $1200 for the 1.5TB, is tempting...

    So apparently the SSDs in the new Pro machines are soldered to the logic board, and therefore not (easily) upgradeable. So I'm guessing it might be the same case for this machine.

    The Air was one of the last models to have a removable SSD. The nTB Pro had a removable SSD until the 2016 models came out.
