This makes me sad. I ordered mine within the first three mins of pre-order and I still have to wait 4 - 6 weeks!!!???
I ordered my iPhone 6 in the first hour of pre-order and still got that on launch day. Come on Apple!!! 🙁 🙁

My wife's White 38 Sport is confirmed for Friday delivery (through my UPS My Choice account). My SG 42 Sport took an extra day to go to preparing for shipment, so it's not yet showing up in UPS.

Hers is coming from Mount Juliet, TN to Chicago.

I am still waiting for my 42mm SG Sport to go from processing to preparing for shipment. I ordered my watch at 12:02 and got the 4/24-5/8 delivery. WTF?!🙁😡

Apple store receipt dated 12:08 Pacific with the promised delivery date of Apr 24-May8.
CC got charged Monday afternoon (may have got double charged for AppleCare (once on the 10th and a second on Monday) but I'm not going to call customer service and jinx the shipment)
No sign of a tracking number from Apple or UPS. Have logged into the Apple store and the green watch remains in a "preparing for Shipment" status but no tracking info.

On the 10th, I had ordered the 38mm SS black sport band for my wife (12:06 Pacific): still shows a delivery date of Apr 24-May 8; Still haven't been charged, still says "Processing items"

Friday is either going to rock or be the gateway to a sad and disapointing weekend!😉

What number are you entering? I don't see anywhere that you can enter a phone number or email to track a package on UPS or FedEx.

Also, is there any way to tell which of the two (UPS vs FedEx) will be shipping the watch my area? Hoping for UPS, expecting FedEx :/

None of this data will show in Apple's systems yet. To find this information, you have to create a free UPS My Choice account and opt-in for alerts. Yesterday, mine changed to showing a Friday delivery with a tracking #. When I checked again today, it updated to show a delivery window. My Apple account still shows the same broad Apr 24- May 8 window, and probably will until they ship out tomorrow.

My Watch order, placed about a minute inside the pre-ordering window, still shows "Processing Order". So not shipped or even being prepared for shipment.

Not that I'm jealous or impatient or anything like that!

Not from Seattle, but having my watch (42mm Aluminium White Band) delivered there as I will be there on Saturday and stuck at Preparing for Shipment, can't pull up a tracking number on UPS or Fedex.

Go to UPS and select track by reference, use your 10 digit phone number and 4/23/15 for the date and it should work.

Also it is important to note that you have to manually enter 4/23/2015 because the pop up will not let you select that date

Yeah, I have a UPS account and I've tried to search with my phone number and nothing. Same goes for FedEx.

By the looks of it, they won't be selling these at other retailers for quite some time. Months to years.
